SORTEDSTAY. TERRIBLE STAY MORE LIKE IT

Booked sixty six at pleasant road Southend
Sorted stay maintain this and I paid & booked via Airbnb
You only get told 5 pm check in time on day of arrival( after you have paid)
Once inside there was
NO HAIRDRYER
NO SHAMPOO
NO SHOWER GEL
REMOTE DID NOT WORK THE TV
Contacted key straight away and asked for refund so I could book elsewhere as I had a function that evening & nothing to wash or dry style my hair, shops hairdressers were now closed.
I was fobbed off straight away with the story they will get management to sort out, thought they would have items delivered ?
Fobbed off on Sunday aswell with the promise of delivery.
Came back to London Monday evening, after getting nothing from key apart from a pack of lies. STILL NOTHING DELIVERED
This is false listing, and once they have your money you get NO HELP AT ALL.
To make matters worse AIRBNB. Offered me £11 compensation???Couldn’t have even paid a hairdresser with that?????
Absolutely disgusting customer support from both companies involved
Sortedstay offered nothing but a pack of lies for my whole weekend stay.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
