Fantastic delivery experience
Great bag, gorgeous packaging with some lovely goodies added and a quick delivery. This would have easily been 5 stars, had the bag I received not have a different colour at the back than the one that I ordered.
They do say in the product description that "some color variations are possible in the folds and inside the lining of our bags", but they do not specify that this also affects the back of the bags. I specifically chose my bag based on its colour combination as I did not like the back colours of any of the other bags (an elephant grey) and instead of a lovely greenish shade, I get a bag with a muddy, greyish blue back.
They should really ensure that this is made clear in their product descriptions, as my extremely positive experience up to that point was immediately dampened. Had everything else not been so stellar, I would have given them three stars for this.

Since we consider the back part of the bag to be less critical in the design, it's sometimes where variations occur, but we take your feedback seriously and will work on making this more clearly stated in our descriptions. Soruka delivered a beautiful bag, just as I expected from the picture. The were clear about delivery and added a little present in the box. Definitely a package to become happy about.
