Ordered but hadn't had confirmation email. Rang the no on the website but mailbox was full. Must admit I thought 'oh no'
Then 30 mins later Adam called and reassured that my bed was ready and due to be collected by courier later that week.
From there everything went wonderfully smooth.
The bed came and I was apprehensive about the build but it is beautiful.

Just what I ordered and wanted.
The bed is sturdy and stylish. The only negative I would leave is that there were no fitting instructions. Wasn't a problem as I'd had a similar king size bed in our main bedroom from

Ordered a super king bed from these guys spot on service delivered all the way to Sutton - Surrey, they used ACME Couriers really a great company kept me informed on my delivery status and time slot. They told me 3 weeks but I got my bed after 12 days., from start to finish.
The bed is really well made no corners cut quality all the way!
Highly recommended company!

no eta on how long it would take after ordering, I chased them 3-4 times over the space of 3 weeks for an ETA. wouldn't recommend.

The quality of the ottoman bed is excellent indeed.

However, 2 pistons were missing. Contacted the company right after receiving the bed and they promised to mail them to me, but nothing had received after a week. I had to contact them the 2nd time to resolve the issue.

Zero feedback on my order. Sent several emails and messages and no feedback at all. Called and went to voicemail. Really hoping after five weeks I get some feedback.

Bought a 4ft ottoman + mattress., design your own bed, Delivered in 2 half weeks as expected and described.
Am pleased with the product, arrived well wrapped up in plasitc with protective corners. I gave 4stars as the delivery crew seemed in a hurry, whilst pleasant, the pistons were not tight enough, indeed 1 piston came off while the crew were present as I wanted to test it before they left, good job I did, however, 2 days later another piston came off. I got a neighbour to tighten them up further as I couldnt manage myself. The mattress is lovely but did not have handles, and I queried this with Oman, I wasn't sure if it was because it was a 4ft. This isn't a huge issue with me, and left it with him.
Oman was helpful and engaged well with me on phone.
BTW. The crew told me they do not take any cash on delivery, I had paid in full from ordering.
I will be ordering another bed soon.

I order a custom bed. The product is alright for the price. Sturdy good quality. Not sure if the base of the storage space is going to last but time will tell. The colour is slightly brighter than I excepted but I did not order a sample so have that in mind. At the same time it is still really pretty.

There is no email confirmation of the order which initially got me worried and at time I struggled to get hold of someone on the phone. I did get call backs so again not too bad but also not ideal.

Overall I would buy again from here.

I purchased online in January 2023 and was cautious not seeing the item before buying. I had nothing to worry about. It was exactly as pictured on the website and delivered exceptionally well wrapped

Having had the bed for a few months now I’m so pleased with it. I ordered the extra deep storage model and am so pleased with the amount of storage it offers. Compared to previous ottoman storage beds I’ve had previously, this stores so much and is very solid built.

I’m so pleased, I’ve now ordered a second bed for my spare room!

The bed bases were lovely when they arrived and easy to put together. Definitely worth the money we spent but the customer service was not great. I had called in January to discuss the bed bases i wanted and Umar asked that I call back when i was ready to purchase. I called back in March and spoke to Adam and we discussed free delivery and a 5% discount. We exchanged emails over a number of days and i paid a deposit online and arranged for delivery for the 2nd June. Adam asked me to contact him to remind him to apply the discount. So i emailed him twice about a week and a half before delivery and got no response. I phoned and the voicemail box was full so i couldn't leave a message so i emailed again and asked for a call back as soon as possible. Umar then phoned me and told me that the bed bases have not been made as they weren't booked in and i was supposed to call him and book it in. Wasn't entirely sure why seen as i had booked this in with his colleague. I wouldn't have thought that would have made a difference but it clearly did. He made me feel like i was the one in the wrong. I still wanted my bed bases as i had specifically chosen the colour scheme etc and they eventually arrived on the 7th June. But if i hadn't chased i would have probably still be sat here waiting. The customer service clearly needs to be improved.

It is difficult to find a side opening ottoman, with a solid base and in a white fabric at a good price. I found my ideal bed at SoSoftbeds. Stupidly, I forgot to put the discount code in - so don't do that guys! I was able to pay a deposit only, with the remaining money to be paid on delivery (via email - it's very easy).
I gave 4 stars as I found it hard to contact the company by phone and when I tried via email, initially it took a while to reply. I feel this company has great products and are very busy - hence response time can be a little slower than expected.
Aside from this I am happy with my purchase, happy with the delivery company (who my order was past onto), who contacted me via text and have the ability to ring up during office hours or email if you needed to change the delivery date. The delivery men contacted me 40 mins before (pretty good as it was first thing in the morning) and delivered to my chosen room, on the first floor, swiftly and politely.
I would recommend SoSoftBeds for those who want to bespoke their bed needs. Just don't panic if you don't get an immediate response, the company are busy and do get back to you.

I’m delighted with my new king size ottoman divan and 70” headboard

Bed would be good if it was complete but two of the gas pistons are missing so the ottoman lid doesn’t lift (which of course was the whole reason for buying an ottoman). Contacted the company quickly and they said they would send the missing parts ‘today’. Weeks have passed and there is no sign of them, and the company is now ignoring my emails. Very disappointed and a shame for them too as I had been planning to buy a second bed ... will be looking elsewhere for the next one.

The quality of the bed is great. However, I've waited a while for delivery- had to chase it up couple of times. Alsi a screw was missing for one of the pistons which I've made sosoftbeds aware by phone and email but nothing was done about it. Hence I can not give it more than 2 stars.

After placing the order, I had some requests, and I was able to get support from them whenever I needed. They have always been helpful and patient. Thank you Umar for helping me, and solving my requests.

had to cancel the order after NO contact and then reading other negative reviews. we lost confidence in the delivery service and ability to do a good job with an expensive purchase. have been promised a refund but did chargeback as nothing materialised.

Sent fabric samples quickly, and they were of good quality.
