Choosing the bed was easy, delivery was in stated time, quality was very good, very satisfied and would recommend this company

This is the second time I’ve bought from SoSoft beds and both times the product and the service have been excellent.
When I placed my order this time, I had a call from Adam checking that I was happy with the dimensions I’d stipulated. He also insisted on sending out a large scale sample of the fabric I’d ordered to check I was happy with it (I can’t imagine John Lewis/Dreams or any of the big bed retailers offering this level of service!)
The bed was delivered on time and assembled with great care by a highly competent and very polite chap.
I wholeheartedly recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I love the product quality, very little and easy in terms of assembling the actual bed base. Price is great and delivery was even earlier than we hoped for and very accommodating date wise.

Unfortunately I cannot give any more than five stars, a shame.

Umar and the team along with their couriers have been brilliant through the process of customising our bed and advice on how to best do it with a specialist extra deep and heavy mattress.

Additionally the after sale this care, has been equally brilliant, giving up their worth some structural issues, which was entirely due to the placement in the bed not being against the wall, they came up with a creative solution with multiple site visits the double check it would have worked.

Would highly recommend.

The bed itself is lovely, however delivery was a terrible experience. Several chasers about arranging delivery to be suddenly told to expect delivery on a Sunday the day before so hastily needed to rearrange things to be home to accept. I had paid extra for assembly as I was heavily pregnant. On delivery they did not fully assemble the bed and the company have repeatedly ignored my messages. Terrible service.

Do not buy from this company. Delivery is dreadful, and of course you are buying online. So if you wish to return an item it will cost you at least £100. After many phone calls and boken promises NOTHING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Now Christmas is over I am will be going through the ombudsman.

Didn’t receive our purchase of pistons for bed. Contacted SoSoftBeds twice with no response.

Phenomenonal customer from Sosoftbeds; they were really flexible with delivery dates and whenever you call them you always get to speak to a person. The delivery guys, Lumear and Pete, really went above and beyond to deliver my bed to a top floor flat with a tricky staircase - thank you!

Great bed at a great price !!!
I wanted a bed I could raise the head and feet up when needed but also one with storage that the bed lifted high enough for me to get boxes in and out easily and opened up fully this bed does both!!!
This company also had a great customer service team who went through everything on the phone and worked out the price for me as I was ordering it on line and so I got the order correct . ( the website was a little confusing)
As the bed is built to order there is a wait but not too long. Delivery team were great calling to warn me before they arrived and bringing in and putting the bed together in the room. So well worth the 5 stars!

Gorgeous ottoman bed at a great price. We were able design the bed to our own taste and needs with a wide range of fabrics to choose from. The after sales care has been fantastic. We realised our mattress was too deep for the bed we had ordered and this was swapped for us with no problems at all. Thank you so very much. We will definitely recommend So Soft Beds.

We ordered a king size ottoman bed base which arrived damaged so we refused delivery. Following discussion with company they agreed to think about refunding our deposit which has never been forthcoming. Given that it was only £17 we had wasted little energy chasing it and today we get an invoice for the full amount of £370 for a bed we haven't received. Please sort it out.

Good description of ottoman bed - easy to order and add different items - it was useful to understand the weights which could be stored within the bed. Very efficient delivery. It was easy to assemble and looks great.

From the start, the sales guy was extremely helpful as we were not sure when our building work would complete. In the event our chosen date 8 weeks after original order was ok.
Delivery guys kept in touch and as we had an early Sunday delivery, phoned when a short distance away.
Polite, delivered quickly and items were all well packed and protected, and excellent quality.

Excellent service from order to delivery

Having been impressed with reviews here on Trustpilot, we ordered a bed. We weren't in a rush but we got honest feedback on the turnaround timescale. This was spot on & it arrived exactly as predicted. We got helpful advice on our choice of legs. Delivery through our narrow streets is often a problem, but the delivery team were faultless, arriving without the extra directions so many couriers need. The bed fitted together (we did it ourselves) easily. We've had it a couple of weeks now & it is excellent, fitting our need for a high storage bed which will swallow loads of our stuff. My only advice to other customers is ensure you can get the units into your bedroom - I had to dismantle a fitted wardrobe, but that was my fault. Happy to recommend Sosoftbeds unreservedly.
