Perfect experience
For the context, my Soundboks broke during one of my events so I had to send it back to the company in order to fix it !
Despite a little mistake when shipping my Soundboks fixed, the company knew how to keep me at relaxed : they created a feeling of friendship !
Also, when I received my Soundboks fixed, I found that they gifted me a lot of goodies to excuse themself, it warmed my heart.

Recent purchase of sounboks Gen 4
I just recently purchased a soundboks Gen 4 and this thing is awesome! The battery lasts a long time, it looks like a top of the line speaker and the sound is absolutely amazing! Getting 2 batteries with the purchase was also a big plus for me. One still lasts a long time but now you can have nonstop music all day with 2 batteries. I'm still blown away that this sound comes from a Bluetooth speaker! Now let's hope it stands the test of time (I think it will though). Last thing is I am already liking the customer service they have. I had 1 small thing I wanted to work out with them and they quickly resolved it.

I ordered a Gen 3 from SOUNDBOKS and arrived on a Sunday. The battery that was shipped was bad out the box. I got with customer service (Frederik) and he made sure to help me get a new battery delivered before the weekend.

I have a Soundboks 2 purchased directly from them in the beginning of 2019. It had a promo where they included an extra battery. I guess you can say they did that because over the years, I've noticed many other complains at these batteries becoming defective and I RARELY use my soundboks. My complaint is because the SPARE Battery (that is never plugged into my soundboks) started showing the SINGLE RED LED (dead battery) and won't charge. I am out of warranty now and they simply told me to buy a new battery. I'm surprised that a battery I've never used would just go bad on me like this and noticed other people having the same issues. The representative just tells me to use my other battery. That's not the point. The point is how can such a new battery just fail without being used. These batteries aren't cheap. Once this last battery of mine goes bad, You shouldn't have to worry after 2 years and be stuck with a speaker and have to pay another $150 to buy a replacement battery. if this is how they respond to their inquiries because I'm sure they know about this but rather try to brush us off that are out of warranty. I'm still waiting to see if they re going to reinstate it.😥 ⁹

Perfect service in case of repair
After almost 3 years we had a problem with our soundboks (out of warranty time). The box had to be sent to denmark. All the process from corrospondence to sending and all that was very simple and perfect! For a really low rate the problem was repaired. All I can say that the service from this company is really!!! good.

Batterie exhange - Soundboxs
We had some Soundboxs batteires that were not working anymore and I was looking to replace it.
The customer service answered super fast and offered to send a new one as the invoice was still under guarantee.

Please don't fall for their marketing lies. The sound quality is horrible... Any volume under 3/11 will result in a bad static noise... The battery life is a lie. The app is a joke.... Updating this thing is horrible! Takes hours to update your speaker!
And this is a 1000 euro speaker. (Soundboks 4). unacceptable. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the thing is loud. The only thing they didn't lie about.
