The online ordering and delivery speed were fantastic since my two appliances arrived the day after I bought them. However, the delivery drivers just dropped the appliances in my kitchen and left. Unlike other companies, they wouldn't take the packaging material or help me remove the heavy shipping skids underneath, even when I asked for help. Because other shops include this service, I was regretting my purchase a bit. Fast shipping, but the delivery experience could be much better.

Stefan was extremely helpful. We really appreciated the help in choosing the right appliances for our new home. I will definitely be returning to soundstore in the future. Thanks Stefan.

I could buy and collect when it suits me

Bought a fridge freezer from Waterford store..Delivery was a nightmare. Rude man on the phone trying to blame me for it. Swore the delivery driver was at my address and also that delivery driver phoned me. When I said that wasn't case, the man said "Oh we'll have to agree to disagree on that". He then accused me of giving the wrong eircode twice. I informed him that the correct eircode was given at all times.When delivery driver turned up( after going to 2 different addresses, none of which are mine by the way, 3 times) he told me he had phoned the wrong number that morning and hadn't phoned me at all. An absolute farce. Totally put me off purchasing from Soundstore in the future.

Won't shop anywhere else unlike Harvey's who keep you waiting around for up to 1 hr .Soundstore personal are on hand to help you and are great to deal with Also delivery is cheaper thanks Soundstore

When my fridge broke in hot weather I told them I needed new one quick as I keep medication in fridge they had new one at my house next morning. Fantastic service

I purchased a fridge freezer from the Midleton store. I was able to choose my delivery time slot and the delivery driver was so helpful and efficient. All packaging and was old fridge freezer were removed it was in all, a very pleasent experience.

I called into the Waterford store the other day and I must say the customer service was second to none. I was dealing with Shelly the sales assistant and her knowledge on the products was outstanding. She took the time to know what my needs were so she could recommend the product that suited me best. The delivery and installation guys were very efficient and professional
