As informed previously, this Rangemaster cooker has a retail value of €4,520.00 and was mistakenly displayed on our website for €5.00 due to a genuine pricing error.
We noted that an order was placed for four units at this incorrect price, which clearly did not reflect the true value of the product. As soon as the error was identified, we acted promptly to correct the listing, notified you and issue full refunds without delay.
While we appreciate that the cancellation was disappointing, this was an obvious and unintended pricing mistake rather than a promotional offer.
All communication and refunds were handled swiftly and professionally, and we have since taken steps to prevent similar errors from occurring in the future.

While next day delivery is available on many appliances, your order also included an installation service which is arranged separately and are subject to our installers' schedules, typically available within 2 to 5 days from the date of order. The earliest available installation slot for your order was only on Monday.
We understand that this may not have been what you were expecting, and we apologise for any inconvenience that this caused. Your feedback is valuable and will be used to help us improve our delivery and services.
