Why do I keep using this useless company.
I can't even communicate with this company by email. They have 2 phone numbers but only one rings and the other is constantly engaged.
Nobody answers the phone and their stupid contact us form has been displaying an error with the recaptcha code for months because this happened last time I ordered.
They are using Evri for delivery who have delivered my parcel to the wrong address for the third time in 3 months.
If you don't buy on eBay they don't give a toss about you.

Poor Experience With This Company
I placed an order on Amazon on 9 Feb 26.
Order number was 026-5677454-5378710.
Got an email on from Amazon telling me the order had been dispatched on 9 Feb.
Unable to track the order online and absolutely no details for the courier used, Truline.
Contacted the seller via Amazon and got replies that were of no help. The seller informed me that my order was out for delivery today, 12 Feb, but there is no proof. The tracking states "enroute" which is,at best, ambiguous.
Delivery took place but the Truline driver did not ring my doorbell. Instead he decided to leave the boxes on my drive in the rain.
Never again will I place an order with this company.

I was annoyed but I let them off. Gave one star on Amazon. Now they’ve done it again!! I didn’t realise I had ordered from Sounds Wholesale until my order didn’t arrive? I put in a one star review and saw my message from last year!! I ordered my water on 4th Feb expecting it to arrive by the 6th. It didn’t. I received a message saying it would arrive on the 10th Feb. It hasn’t. They’re now saying they’re having difficulties with deliveries and can I wait until 13th?? I’m SO ANNOYED!! If I had a car I would have gone to COSTCO!! Amazon are just as USELESS!! Their AI Bots answer the questions there! The ‘BOT’ says that I don’t qualify for a refund as the delivery is still on its way!!! Don’t Use Sounds Wholesale or Truline!!

So I've been using Sounds Wholsale for over 10 years with no problems. Spending thousands of pounds with them during that time.
They used to use a reliable courier company and there were no problems.
They have started using EVRI, and so let the problems begin. My last order was delivered 1.61 miles away! Not even close to where I work.
Trying to get through on the phone is hit and miss. one number just rings and rings whilst the other answers but nobody is there.
I got an email from them with three attached images "proving" delivery. The first image was a single box (I ordered 5 boxes for A/000 Bubble envelopes) outside someones front door . Not my front door. The second image was a google street veiw of the front door of someone else. The third image showed where I am on a map and where the parcel was delivered, 1.61 miles away.
So I made a claim with paypal, they rejected it as Sounds Wholesale sent and image of "successfully delivered". Paypal rejected the claim but refunded my money as a sign of goodwill.
So well done Sounds Wholesale, you have successfully held on the £35.95 and not delivered the product.
But guess what? You are going to lose more than that in the long run as I have already found another supplier for my bubble envelopes.

Dishonest company when things go wrong.
A large company with a lot of satisfied customers. However, if you are one of small percentage, but large number of customers where things go wrong, they are very bad.
17th Wednesday ordered on Ebay "24hr Delivery" promised.
18th Thursday they marked it as ""Despatched Untracked".
19th Friday I contacted them about non delivery and asked for the courier and a tracking number. They just apologised and said that it would arrive "early next week".
25th Thursday I raised an Ebay case for non delivery. As this is the first day allowed by the way that they entered the "Estimated Delivery" in the Ebay listing.
They responded with a Courier name "Truline" and put in a tracking number on Ebay. Except that this company does not do online tracking. Said that the package was out for delivery today.
25th Continued. The package was delivered today with an invoice that says it was despatched yesterday on the 24th.
The company appears to be totally dishonest when they don't meet their promised despatch and delivery times. They just play the Ebay system, marking your order as despatched so you cannot cancel. Fobbing off enquiries about non-delivery with vague promises, when they know haven't even despatched your order.
Yes, the courier delivered the package within 24hrs, but Sounds Warehouse actually shipped it 6 days after the date they said they had.
Even though they delivered late and messed me about for a week, the Ebay system will not let me leave a negative review. As the case is classified as closed "in the seller's favour".
Don't bother
False statements and incorrect information. It seems you don't know what you have in stock, advise you've sent goods you don't have then follow up with lame excuses. Really poor. I pity anyone who orders from you and so do many others according to your reviews.
Cancel the order. I've wasted enough time on you.
really bad company for orders arriving undammaged
i ordered 24 bottles of HARROGATE SPRING WATER from them for a second time as i was unable to purchase it elsewhere- and the second time they reported that the item had been dammaged in transit and they would have to wait for more- the first time i ordered from them they sent me several broken bottles in the post ! absolutely disgusting !At least this time they offered a refund - which they didnt te last time - i must admit i will neverorder from them again the purchase price of glass bottled water is now £50 for 24 bottles of water - this is more than my water rates bull for the month !!
Enough is enough
I have used Sounds Wholesale for years, 7" 12" mailers and stiffeners and a few other vinyl related products.
Last year I purchased my normal 200 7" Brown mailers. The quality was shocking, thin bleached cardboard. No Shine to the product, just a drab looking card sleeve. I contacted SW and was told, Matthew had decided these were as good and that would be their standard choice of Brown Mailer. I would not use these as the whole package, that my customers receive reflects on me. So I switched to the White mailer. My last lot of 7" White mailers were not good, a fair few would not peel without removing the glue, so I had to secure them using sellotape myself.
Todays was the final straw, 12" mailers delivered in a box that was destroyed by their chosen courier EVRI !
Half of the mailers ordered are creased and I would not use them . On ringing I was told despite them being able to see the destroyed box, I had to send it further pictures! I have done this, more time wasted due to the financial cutbacks of using EVRI.
I have never experienced an issue with the previous courier, or the Royal Mail which they sometimes use.
SW seem very reluctant to send out replacements or refunds, they make you feel like you are trying to rip them off.
So a combination of the product quality getting worse, a budget courier, that would probably be very happily leave the parcel in the rain, so they can mark as delivered and the feeling of mistrust I will not be using SW again.
Avoid!!
Been buying from sounds for years. The last few deliveries have been really poor, late delivery, missing items, poor quality. But I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt as their customer service has been great and it’s been resolved... Until now!
My last delivery had missing items so I emailed with no reply. 5 emails later and still no reply so I will be finding a new supplier from now on!

Card Cruciform LP Mailers
Very poor quality mailers... soft thin card... and the corners of your record will stick out of the corners of mailer... Would not protect your record in post... Wouldn't except return unless I paid for pick up... The mailers are a little cheaper than most other companies out there but is defiantly not cost effective on how poor the product is... I previously have used defendapack and will be returning back to them for their mailers... Won't be buying from this company again

Where is my delivery?
I’ve been waiting in all day for a delivery of 12 x 33.5ltr Really Useful Boxes from Sounds Wholesale, who have used Truline as their delivery service. It is now 8.30pm and there’s been no sign of the delivery being made. Truline offer no tracking facility (unlike every other courier/delivery company I’ve come across) so I’ve no idea where my delivery is. This is just not good enough. (This delivery was originally supposed to be on Tuesday, but on Monday it was rescheduled by Truline to Thursday.) Where is my delivery? Who knows? When will it be delivered? Who knows? I will be complaining to the vendor about this in the hope that they don’t use Truline in future.
Poly-lined inner sleeves that are well made and great value
I wanted to find another supplier of poly-lined inner sleeves because the company I normally buy from has increased prices by 50%. I had forgotten about Sound Wholesale so thought I would give its inner sleeves a try. They're great value -- excellent quality, constructed from slightly heavier paper than some manufacturers use, and free delivery.
Now that vinyl records are once again fashionable there is all kinds of gouging going on with accessories and consumables. But not, it seems, at Sound Wholesale. I will say, however, that I wished the company did a black version -- not because they will be inherently better but because I like the way that black inners look...
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a product that had an inaccurate description and they refused to refund. Can't resell because it's not fit for purpose, so it's gone in the recycling bin. Waste of time and money

I have ordered from this company over…
I have ordered from this company over twenty times, and NEVER had any problem at all. This time, one box from my order was misplaced by the courier. When I emailed Sounds Wholesale about this, they immediately sent a replacement, which arrived the next day.
When the original finally arrived, they refused to accept full payment for it, although I would have been happy to pay, as I will use it eventually.
