Rip off company that sells junk
My 15 yr old son ordered a set of new cranks that were almost $100 out of money that he worked very hard for. He installed them and then installed his new pedals on them, all under my supervision. Took the bike around the block and by the time he got back the crank arm had stripped out where the pedal attaches. Contacted customer service and they told me that because it was not professionally installed that they would not warranty it. They were very rude and unprofessional. Offered me to buy a used set at full price to replace the
faulty part. Pretty sh*tty if you ask me considering there is nowhere on their website that states that. If I was going to have a professional install it, I would have just bought the parts from the bike shop that they worked for. Planned on spending a couple thousand there to build a show bike but will go somewhere else now. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SELL JUNK AND DON'T WARRANTY ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New hub
Ordered a wheel to be built and going off adverts, product details and online videos went for an Eclat exile rear hub as it says it is DEFENINGLY LOUD. Wheel arrived quickly and built well but hub makes a tiny quiet click and far from loud. emailed and Told I could remove grease but they wouldn't recommend? Why advertise it as LOUD when it's not? Never had to mess with profile elites, colony wasps or primo hubs in past when bought new! I won't be back!

Thanks for your review Chris. The cassette will have some grease/lubricant in from the factory to preserve the lifetime and ensure smooth function, and will get louder with time and use as it starts to thin out. The hub is also very loud and noticeable when spun with speed, less so when gently rolling from the spring/pawl design. While you can remove the driver to clean out any excess grease or lubricant (and if desired apply a little more tension to the springs), we don't openly recommend this to riders where it can affect the lifetime of your hub/driver. If you are going to take this approach, then we'd strongly recommend not running the hub completely dry (like some riders do), and using a very thin based oil lubricant which shouldn't dampen the noise but still offer some protection on the moving parts. If you have any questions or need support with the wheel, please do not hesitate to contact our team who will be happy to help.

I had an issue with an item I bought for my new build.
Was rather annoying as I wanted to ride my new bike but I was on a live chat with an actual person with a few minutes and within another few minutes my issue was diagnosed and clear instructions were given on how I could fix it at home.

Not great service..
Husband Ordered bmx parts for my sons birthday, said 2/4 working days. No email was sent to say if despatched, still waiting 4 days ltr, ring up to be told my order isn't even in stock, so obviously have to wait even longer. Why take the money if not in stock? Very unhappy son who's still waiting for parts to build his birthday present, equally unhappy
