Item broke right out of the box, customer service refuses to offer replacement.
My Poxxus figure has two bows, one broke right out of the box. I contacted customer service, and at first, there is no replacement at all... Then there is an offer, but I have to pay postage for it. It was 1/3 the cost of the figure, that the customer have to pay. This is ridiculous. I won't buy from them again.
