Faulty instruments, terrible service

Last November we purchased a Hipot Tester and HV Probe to do the final testing for our instruments before selling to customers. Sourcetronic sent us a faulty tester, which we returned. Two months later they sent a replacement which was also faulty. We returned it in February and asked for our money back. They refuse to refund the money and refuse to give a replacement, saying they are still "evaluating". Our production line has been crippled and we can't sell product. It has cost us over $100k, they simply don't care.
Terrible company. Buyer beware.
