Dealt with Sharon and Sarah to order wooden flooring throughout my family home in South West London - a combination of herringbone and flat planks. I went for v4 flooring, Source Wood was the best price by and could supply the v4 wood quicker than any other supplier (from what I could personally ascertain). They were also strongly recommended by the director of the large v4 floorings showroom who do not sell directly and are entirely agnostic. The service end to end was faultless. I needed to order more at several points of the project to support the cadence of getting to exactly how we wanted (I.e. adding flat plank edging on the herringbone) and the end to end project was handled by Sharon who was knowledgeable, supportive and helped me coordinate my project to its completion. Sarah supported on transactions and underpinning the commercials. I will not hesitate coming back to Source Wood and asking for Sharon to support my next project.

We were presented with a problem in that we needed a relatively small quantity of flooring as part of project to remove a partition wall in our house.

The supplier, who fitted our original floor, showed great reluctance to help us out and Source Wood Floors ((Sharon in particular) came to our rescue.

The attention to detail and great care they took to find what we needed was wonderful. Then the effort that Sharon put in to get it delivered to us and ensure a 3 metre length ramp arrived in one piece was very much going “the extra mile”

Fantastic service all round, I can't really fault source floors for the end to end service I received, thanks to Sharon and Sarah for all their help in choosing the right floor and care and attention right through to delivery.

I chose to buy from this company mostly owing to their helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and offer advice over the phone. They kept me informed of delivery timing and although something went wrong (the wrong underlay was delivered) this was immediately sorted with one phone call. Also I was never put on hold or held in a queue! The website was also very helpful as there are sections with advice on various aspects of wooden flooring.
I cannot yet comment on the final result as I am still waiting for my builder to come and lay the floor but it looks good so far.

Ordered a sample from source wood flooring came within 24hrs of order. I have removed a fire and needed to patch up existing floor, sample matched perfectly. I only needed to order one pack which after talking and paying a little more for delivery source flooring sorted out no problem. After a problem with delivery a quick phone call to Sharon which she sorted out straight away the items arrived next day. 5 star service and great product. Thanks
