I was looking for some SOLID oak flooring to match another room done a couple of years ago but not available from original supplier. I found 4 other companies to supply solid samples and Source Wood Floors where the only ones to match my request! 120mm x 20mm not made but they found 125mm x 18mm (Others call solid....Engineered solid oak ply and thin bit on top)
Sharon was a star who kept me informed of import dates and very prompt delivery.
After delivery she checked if everthing was ok. Xx

I used Source Wood floors to supply V4 engineered wood flooring for our project. Sharon was very helpful in sending us samples and answering questions on the product. Really pleased with the fantastic service, and of course the floors.

My med and headboard was delivered on time and with very friendly helpful delivery men, 2 men came and positioned the bed in me upstairs bedroom after removing their shoes without being asked, a very good system was in place of informing me of a time slot too. Great service

This was a hard one to review until they said they would take a week to refund. I cannot recommend and would suggest avoid this company.

Order on 8/2/23 - 1500 wood flooring

Phoned next morning to confirm they received. Sharon was great and helped organise quick delivery. She even substituted the original order with bigger size to get it quickly.

Delivery day. Receive phone call and email that delivery truck broken down. Rescheduled for a couple of days later.

Second delivery day
No arrival by 4pm. Phone Sharon who gets on the case and get phone call from transport company. They cancelled the delivery at 1pm and even he doesn’t know why. I suspect because it is fri afternoon! Rescheduled for mon.

Mon 20/2
Delivery does not arrive by 12. Phone calls and it is definitely scheduled for 2-4pm. It finally arrives near 5pm. It is kerbside delivery with a large pallet with the flooring wrapped up. Not sure if they are in boxes or free. Before unloading I take photos and it is not the same colour as ordered. Paperwork does not say anything about the order just my name spelled incorrectly. I refuse order and send the photo to the company. Sharon agrees that it is the wrong colour.

Then I get an email stating that it was the right colour but the flooring was put upside down and that’s why I could not see it!! How can I check if it’s upside down with no contents info?

I asked for refund 3 times and finally after raising an issue through PayPal they agreed.

Still no refund and no flooring. I cannot order more as I need the refund to order it.

PS I have now found new flooring at a much better price but still no refund.

Now been told will take 7 days to get refund. Unacceptable. I have reduced down to 1 star. I was giving them benefit of doubt previously.

Received excellent customer service from this company, ordered a sample of flooring which I received really quick and free! I only knew how to measure in ft so I emailed my measurements and they told me how much I needed and quoted me a price which was half the price of other websites for the same flooring, excellent delivery also. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Customer service people were excellent. Large order delivered a long way without any issues. We love our choice!
Edit: We thought we had ordered too much (we didn't after all) and the staff were again extremely nice and helpful. Very excellent customer service, a pleasure to deal with.
