The Worst
This has to be one of the worst councils there is. I don't pay my council tax by DD so did not receive the rebate automatically. On their website it says an application form would for people to apply for this would be available 29 June. Come 29th June I have a look on their website and no application form. Instead the date has changed to 30th June. Come 30th June I have a look at their website and again no application form, instead now there is no date and it just says form will be available end of June....errr do they not know 30 June is the end of June?
So I tried calling them, took 20 minutes to get through and told by some lady it will be either this afternoon or tomorrow, so she doesn't actually know then???? If I didn't pay my council tax they would be after me like anything but this penny pinching council will make it as difficult as possible to pay out, especially when most people are feeling the pinch and this money would really help. Disgraceful!!!
