Online delayed in the post but good customer service
Online order got lost in the post (by Royal Mail) but when alerted, SDB were responsive and Harry in the web team investigated with Royal Mail. SDB appropriately agreed to refund prior to them claiming from Royal Mail although then the order turned up after three weeks. Friendly and effective customer service via email and phone, and item well-packed.

Very welcoming and friendly staff happy to help and had answers to my questions. Great selection of bikes and equipment, bike was ready for collection quickly after ordering.

Great service from the start
Great service from the start, online chat was swift and helpful, staff in store were very friendly and knowledgable fitting our daughter for a bike. Delivery was fast and their bikes are quality. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Bike arrived 2 days earlier than expected (they called first to check it was ok to deliver early) even though it was ordered on a bank holiday weekend. One very happy 9 year old.
