I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. From Charlotte who worked in the office to Tim who visited to suggest stair lifts to suit me and finally to the installers who were excellent. The service was first class and company representatives were polite and helpful.

Came to service my parents stairlift, spent less than 15 minutes and charged £95. Said the stairlift was in good condition, but it’s been unreliable since. Tried contacting them, but they don’t want to know.

Excellent company. Needed Stair lift urgently. One telephone call and Tim turned up following day and made some excellent suggestions. No power selling. We agreed a date for installation for the following week and Conor turned up on time. He was friendly, efficient and probably the quietest workman I have encountered. So glad I contacted them.

Excellent quality and service especially from Anthea who helped us so much when we had to put everything on hold due to personal problems. Professional service all the way.

I recently moved into my house in Tycroes, Ammanford I contacted a number of Companies requesting information on their stairlifts prices and how long it takes to install a Stair Lift. Some didn't even reply, some you needed to come up on the Lottery however since I was only on my pension I had a fixed budget.
Even then some companies were trying to force me to spend more than double my budget. Because I still have all my marbles into my 80's I held my ground then I came across SOUTHWALESMOBILITY.COM I telephone them and told of my requirements they promised a survey which was carried out without any hassle. I was advised of the price which fitted my budget with no pressure like other companies.
I agreed on the price and the lift was installed within two days. I once again had faith in our local Companies.
Without hesitation I would recommend this Company 100% the workmanship and promises were also 100%

Came within a few days and the guy was so polite and efficient and friendly - a genuinely nice guy. It was removed quickly and also a really good payment for it.
