Not happy with the service. Especially the Barkarby branch. While selling, they said the bed has a 10-year warranty, and when we had a problem today and raised multiple complaints, they didn’t want to consider it and instead decided that the case was invalid based on photos. When I dropped a review here, they dropped a comment that they would reach out to us and consider the complaint once again. But they never contacted us.
It’s not worth buying in SOVA. Instead, buy directly from Tempur; at least your complaint will not be invalid. It was a horrible experience. I don’t know how to solve this problem. I cannot spend another 40000sek and buy a new bed or get rid of this bed, which is so expensive.
I hope at least looking at this review, SOVA will react and help us out. I will continue to drop the reviews until they get back to us and consider the complaint.
Could anyone help me what consumer rights in Sweden are and how can you raise a complaint and go legal? Help will be appreciated.

I bought the bed from Barkarby and told them that it’s uncomfortable and I want to change it. But apparently they weren’t polite and said they can’t do anything about it and it will take time the my body get used to it which apparently didn’t happen.

bad service regarding late delivery
it's made very inconvenient for the customer to get the little bit of compensation that you offer when having a late delivery (the customer is asked to go to the same store where the bed was bought, when going somewhere else the customer is asked to call the store first, talk to 3 different people, when in the store, it takes around 20 min to confirm everything again...)

Me and my partner were looking for a bed mattress and came across an unpleasant service experience at Sova Barkarby. We both spoke Swedish in the store, but I noticed reviews on Trustpilot were in English. So here goes.
The consultant on the floor approached us and led us straight away to 3 bed mattresses that were on sale. She made a demonstration and pointed out which ones are “cozy” and “cooling”.
I countered that temperature is not an issue for us. Especially that the summer is over fast. And we are after “support” and “stable” feelings.
Though out the conversation she was focusing on my partner, but almost ignored me. I had to interrupt her monologue, so that she answered my questions. Although it was obvious the decision making is made by both of us in the couple, she still continued to talk to my male partner and look at him.
Then she left us with the price sheet to think about the three options she wanted to sell to us today.
We went to look at other beds/mattresses randomly in the store, because we felt that she didn’t show us enough. We ended up trying quite firm beds in the 14-19k region and wondered about their materials and characteristics.
When the consultant found us, she was surprised we were still around and started selling us whole beds, while pointing out that 14-19k is what her friends who are “young and have no money” buy.
She also asked us 2-3 times if the price for the bed mattress was the issue for us. We didn’t have a budget really. We said that we were after the right feeling first of all. It is hard to know what your body will feel like after 8 hours on any of the mattresses.
To which she pointed out (twice) that we just might be used to our (cheap) bed at home that is why we think we don’t like “cozy”. We did have a rather low price bed, but I felt it was impolite to point it out. After all that is our comparison basis.
Apparently, she was stuck on the idea, that we look poor and can’t pay 8k for a bed mattress? But at the same time sell us a whole bed. Which is just strange. Just because we do not come to buy a whole bed on a random Saturday, doesn’t mean we can’t really afford it.
We came for feeling of “support” and “stable”. Not “cozy” and “cool”, which she kept selling.
I did not like the attitude of the consultant. Making assumptions and not listening was her weakest point. In the end, we did spend money on a whole bed, just not at Sova.

We feel we made the right decision in coming to Sova and buying a bed after testing out and experiencing different options.
Sales lady was very good and helpful. However it has been 3 weeks I did not recieved all the items. It should had been communicated before buying the product.
For us, buying a bed was very important and very critical from a long term perspective. I was very happy Fredrick and team were very consultative approach to help us 'Right bed for us', which made a big difference to buy a bed from Sova.
