Top quality! But it took around 6 weeks to get my mattress . Not a biggy as I was not in a rush , but if you urgently need a bed…think about it . Otherwise top quality !

Perfect pillow for me

Great quality , but patience to get it is needed!

Top quality! But it took around 6 weeks to get my mattress . Not a biggy as I was not in a rush , but if you urgently need a bed…think about it . Otherwise top quality !

weeks after I haven’t got my order

3 weeks after I haven’t got my order, I called the store and they don’t know. I sent an email and don’t answer. The track my package system doesn’t work. I have got an sms saying that unfortunately my package can’t be delivered and no more information.

In contrast to the previous purchase…

In contrast to the previous purchase which was done by telephone to a store. The online order store failed completely. The order that was supposed to be delivered within 4 days did not arrive even after 3 weeks. No email or explanation was sent from the online store. No contact telephone was available. But the support responded to email rather quickly.

Good products, poor customer service

Honestly I was debating between giving 4 or 3 starts. I ordered some bed legs a month ago with the promise that they would arrive within 2 weeks (as stipulated under their website). The reason why I give it 4 starts is because there is nothing wrong with the legs, but rather how they missed giving me an update on the delay on shipping my order. When I reached out, I had someone from customer service telling me that the legs wouldn’t arrive until mid August because the factory closed down, but then no one actually bothered to communicate that to me in advance. Also, the next day my bed legs were shipped out (upon receiving a notice from postnord) and again, no communication from Sova on how now they had the bed legs (a day later) and I wouldn’t need to wait.
Apart from this issue that I did not particularly enjoy, the bed legs are great so far.
