Unfortunately Sova failed to follow up…
Unfortunately Sova failed to follow up on multiple issues. First of all our order has been delivered late due to the fact Sova did not follow up on the delivery. Subject order arrived at their transport company warehouse 24/08 according but wat only delivered 22/09, despite numerous calls and even visits to the store in Torpavallen nothing was done and a month was wasted. If there would have been a good reason for the delay and it would have been communicated it would have been less of an issue. But the fact we reached out regarding it a couple of times and you do not even get a reply is just clearly not taking the client seriously. Finally when the order arrived it was extremely dirty and the packaging was damaged. I sure understand why, because it has been standing in a warehouse for over a month. Finally we reached out to Sova with this story and we got a very unprofessional reply, most of our complaints have been ignored and they just took it for noted. For the amount we spend we got a really bad service and I will not recommend to buy at Sova
