UPDATE 3 Sept 25 : this company has stalked and harassed me after I immediately cancelled a contract due to their misrepresentation of prices. I legally cancelled the contract, yet they have used bullying, intimidation, aggression and extreme harassment to try to force me to pay for a contract that was misrepresented by them. I cancelled in writing within minutes of receiving it - yet they have sent multiple invoices demanding payment for a service that has not been used, and was legally cancelled. I have now sent a CEASE AND DESIST to stop the harassment by SPACES. This is an unscrupulous unethical company that thinks they are above the law. I have reported to Trading Standards also. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Now I see why their locations are completely empty and why they’re so desperate to get clients.
DO CHECK ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS - this company is like “The Firm”, they are bullies, unethical, threatening, unscrupulous. Just use Google to find another unrelated office space, do not use SPACES, also known as IWG / REGUS.

Awful - Be careful of this place, Waterside location (Arlington) by Reading in Berkshire. The manager is very dishonest and completely misrepresented the membership prices and was very economical with the truth when asked what is included. There was utter deception, then aggression and harassment by this manager. The most dishonest business I have come across. Judging by reviews, I guess it’s a common theme.
It’s actually a lovely location, but the manager lies, has anger issues, and is thoroughly dishonest. I would really like the harassment and stalking by email to stop. If Spaces workers had been honest, I would have been happy to have a membership there. The deception and the following aggression and harassment is really unacceptable.

Be very careful with this company. Inadvertently or not, they don't tell you everything and then charge you saying it is justified.

This 2 star review caused a bit of a stir and then it went quiet with no attempt at reconciliation. However, I have just received a credit out of the blue for a late payment charge which I contested.

The centre staff are absolutely fine and the facilities are good, so I am changing the review to 4 stars

Pathetic... Aweful. So unhygenic. [Arlington Business Park Theale]
Not sure from where to start with.. I wonder what if they start to put the pictures of their shared kitchen instead of the paid cafeteria on their website... people are gonna run away.

1. They don't have a microwave
2. On an average not more than 10 spoons in kitchen
3. The drinking glass have salt marks all over.
4. Hardly any cups to make coffee..
5. Printer never works
6. So many time we had no soaps and issue roll in the toilets
7. Noisy, very noisy, no sound proofing
8. Emptying the dustbins can be missed several times.
9. One word for reception is "arrogant". They will never solve any problems, just give excuses

Absolutely terrible since the lovely FOH members have left the building. Front of house staff are useless, turning away packages that are needed for our work and then laugh & patronise us after their mistake. We will be leaving ASAP now, we used to have such a high level of genuine care, but the atmosphere is now horrible we will not be paying for that.

The center team are helpful and and make me feel that my business is important to them
