Spaceworks (previously Venture X) was the most unprofessional co-working space I have worked in. The front desk staff consistently had issues, particularly Briana. After I decided to move to another office. I kept my office until Aug 31 because of my lease agreement. I left my furniture in the office while I transitioned to my new office over a period of two month. Come to find out they took the liberty of moving all my furniture out (and damaged it) in July and staged my office - while still charging me full rent. They still have yet to respond to my multiple emails requesting a refund for the last month of my contract. I would not do business with them again.

Hi Justin, I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Your centre team received a delivery late in the afternoon and took the decision to temporarily store it in your office, we acknowledge this was not the correct procedure and we’re truly sorry about this.
When you attended the centre the morning after the delivery you became abusive and aggressive and whilst we understand your frustration this behaviour is unacceptable.
Had you wished to work that day you would’ve been provided a suitable alternative workspace and you would’ve seen that your office was restored to how you left it the same morning; none of your furniture was damaged during this process.
Your local team lead has been in regular contact with you throughout this period so I’m a little confused to see you state that nobody has responded to you.
The team lead has contacted you once again and she remains your point of contact should you have any further questions.
