I paid for a 3 year licence and the access key did not work. I contacted them by phone (as I couldnt find an email address) andf I kept getting cut off so called sales and they asked me to re-enter the key again but it still doesnt work. I tried calling tech support again and kept getting cut off so called sales but was on hold for over an hour and just gave up in the end. I will just claim back the payment from my card and use another provider. Summery... Rubbish customer service

Wir raten aus folgenden Gründen dringend von SPAMfighter ab.

Laut der allg. Geschäftsbedingungen von SPAMfighter, muss man es als Kunde dieses Unternehmens dulden, dass gelegentlich Werbung direkt auf dem Desktop aufpoppt. Sprich es findet ein direkter Eingriff in das Allerheiligste, die private oder berufliche Arbeitsoberfläche statt. Egal wann und womit man gerade intensiv und konzentriert auf seinem Rechner beschäftigt ist, plötzlich bekommt man in einem großen Fenster das neuste Angebot von SPAMfighter angezeigt. Nicht in etwa einem dezenten kleinen Benachrichtigungsfenster, nein in voller Breite und Höhe auf dem ganzen Bildschirm in vorderster Front über dem Text an dem man gerade arbeitet.

Dem Ganzen setzt man hier dann noch die Krone auf. Man verspricht bei Sf einem die Spams vom Leibe zu halten, selber sind sie aber Meister im Versenden solcher per E-Mail an Ihre Kunden. Und auch die mehrmalige Ablehnung dieser Spams / Newsletter wird einfach ignoriert. SPAMfighter verweist hier wieder auf seine AGB`s und bietet an, wenn man in die Pro Version wechselt und etwas mehr Geld bezahlt, dann würde das Unternehmen weniger Spams an seine Kunden versenden. Man muss also nochmals extra dafür bezahlen weniger Spams von SPAMfighter selbst zu erhalten?

Wenn man auf die Dummheit seiner Kunden setzt, dann ist das sogar ein geniales Geschäftsmodell, oder?

Wir als Unternehmen sind von diesen Geschäftsgebaren von SPAMfighter maßlos enttäuscht, deinstallieren trotz bezahltem 3 Jahres-Abo diesen Dienst nach einem Jahr Ärger wieder und verzichten auf eine Rückzahlung, der verbleibenden 2 Jahre.

Die Geschäftsführung scheint hier inkompetent, oder sehr schlecht beraten zu sein.

We strongly advise against SPAMfighter for the following reasons.

According to the general terms and conditions of SPAMfighter, you have to tolerate it as a customer of this company that occasionally pops up advertising directly on the desktop. Say there is a direct intervention in the Holy of Holies, the private or professional work surface instead. No matter when and with what one is busy intensively and concentrated on his computer, suddenly one gets in a large window the newest offer of SPAMfighter displayed. Not in a subtle little notification window, no full width and height full screen in front of the text you are working on.

The whole set here then the crown. One promises to keep the spams away from Sf, but they are masters in sending them via e-mail to your customers. And even the repeated rejection of this spam / newsletter is simply ignored. SPAMfighter refers back to his terms and conditions and offers, if you change into the Pro version and paid a little more money, then the company would send fewer spams to its customers. So you have to pay extra to get less spams from SPAMfighter yourself?

If you rely on the stupidity of its customers, then this is even an ingenious business model, right?

We as a company are extremely disappointed by these business practices of SPAMfighter, uninstall this service despite a paid 3-year subscription after a year of trouble again and waive a repayment, the remaining 2 years.

The management seems to be incompetent, or very badly advised.

Setting filter Fine

I expected Spamfighter to take care of me. But over half of the Spam, I have to delete myself. What is clear spam. And also marked by the first filter of my email provider.

A quick issue with SPAMfighter led me to the best customer experience ever! Gary Reid took my programming issue with SPAMfighter and quickly and systematically identified and corrected the issue. He enlightened me to additional security available, while making sure that my computer was absolutely working properly. Just a great experience from a person who really, really cares and has the knowledge to make it happen!

We started receiving large volumes of spam and installed an evalation version of spamfighter. We are finding out that the software is very effective at removing most spam emails and is very easy to use. We are considering adding it to the server and we highly recommend it.

My computer was running slow and I tried this out. We are up and running good now and I think you very much.

I had difficulty dealing with a large helping of spam daily when I just wanted fresh meat. Not only does SPAMfighter save the meat but also can save the bacon with its effective back-up Support service.

After SEVERAL email conversations, and with me ready to test the bounceability of my laptop from an upstairs window, my ever patient helper, MK, provided the solution and we are off and running. Spamfighter Pro has been brilliant for several years but passed away with my old laptop. The new laptop was too snobby to want to know S/F but has had to succumb to the extremely helpful S/F team. Thank-you.

I explained about losing my program due to a pc refresh a new product key was sent to me very quickly and now my program is up and running again excellent service just a shame all companies cant be like this.

I have been using the SLOW-PCfighter app for about 3 months now. After using this app; my computer is much smoother & faster in its operation.

This app does what it says it will do & that is clean-out the computer registry.

I would highly recommend this app; to other computer users.

Per request of SpamFighter customer service:
I complained many weeks before SpamFighter updated the program to work with ThunderBird version 24.0. My ThunderBird updates to the most recently released version automatically. When Thunderbird 24.0 was automatically installed, Spamfighter quit working. The SpamFighter Folder was not installed and none of the Options worked. Notifies SpamFighter of problem on 9/19/2013. All replys to the problem said Spamfighter program works with Version 24.0. They all said SpamFighter works with Thunderbird version 13 and subsequent. Obviously no one had looked at new versions of ThunderBird or considered that the SpamFighter program may need to be updated. Only when I advised SpamFighter that ThundeBird version 24.0 was NOT compatible in every email did SpamFighter understand thiat they needed to update their own program. Not even a thank you was offered to me for advising them that a problem existed. It is obvious they are NOT concerned about the SpamFighter program.

This company was very helpful in explaining that their software is not compatible with the set-up on my computer. Their response to my enquiry/comments were very helpful and they pointed me in the right direction for an alternative solution. I was very impressed with the service received and would certainly recommend them to prospective users of their software.

I am a complete fool when it comes to computers, and probably in everything else as well. but would just like to say that SPAMfighter has really helped me in everything I have asked them and some of the things must seem very stupid to them.

They are never too grand or too clever to help in any circunstances.

They are excellent people, in my view.

Having had a bad experience with a Toshiba laptop, which took months to achieve a less than satisfactory conclusion, I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which my request for assistance was processed. Upto a point. I have recently updated my Mozilla Thunderbird programme and have since found that Spamfighter Pro 7.6.6 is not compatible. I am now awaiting an upgrade so that I may continue using this software. Apart from this hiccup I find the software very useful and works just fine. Thanks.

I have used Spamfighter on pc/laptop for several years, it is consistently successful in blocking spam and rarely allows any through. I have had no problems with deletion of non-spam. I have tried other anti-spam programs and recommend this program above all others.

I found this program very effective in its fight against spammers! From my personal point of view, it is one of the top 10 most effective and reliable currently in the market.
