Poisoned/ wrongly labeled food
Vegetarian for almost 10 years and bought a vegetarian meal, to find meat in the product and unfortunately eaten it.
Customer service was rude and refused to investigate even with substantial evidence it was a manufacturer fault.

SPAR staff is stealing parcels
I had a few instances with a local SPAR shop when my parcels 'mysteriously disappeared'.
A story from today: I dropped two parcels at a local SPAR shop and a member of staff somehow managed to scan both parcels on the same receipt. I asked for the second receipt, but that person insisted that both (2!) parcels are on the same receipt and tracking number. I called a carrier to confirm that they have both parcels and, of course, they said that they have not received the second parcel and sent me back to the shop to check for it again. I went to the shop and a shop assistant said that all parcels have been collected by a carrier!!! I called the carrier again and they insisted that they do not have my second parcel in their system and it is still due for collection. I called to the shop again and a SPAR shop assistant was rude saying that they can't help me as ALL MY PARCELS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED! Interestingly enough, that the same shop has already twice 'lost' the parcels I was due to receive. Even when I had a picture from the Royal Mail showing my parcel on the top of a pile of other parcels, the SPAR was insisting that they had not received it. Whom one should trust?

Absolutely disgusting service from spar on telephone complaints about gone off milk which food poisoning can accur from that vile milk they sell and staff nearly none English so dont even know about rules on food and drink... I've complained and all Spar could say was email us my proof 😞🧾 so now I'm emailing the food standards agency reporting for breaking the law when it comes to food products unhappy spar customer going to shop somewhere else Spar shop in UK Morecambe regent road lol food standard agency next to complain

The merchant fully acknowledges that your experience in no way lived up to the store's own standard, and they are incredibly sorry about that.
They have tried their best to rectify your experience throughout the process, including subsequently obtaining the bottles outside of their normal delivery, understanding they were needed for New Year's and the next delivery is not expected until the new year.
We hope that the store's further handling of the matter has helped to rectify part of your experience, as we understand from the merchant that your entire order has now been delivered.

They usually don't do the reset correctly. I would not recommend this company for any retailer wanting to try their services. Just let your own people do what needs to be done, the right way the first time.

I think it is difficult the way your staff is treated and the abuse they get on the night shirts it is so dangerous for someone to work with only to one staff and the hours over 50hr a week there staff works will be looking in to this. This is not right
