Listings cannot be trusted
The rep told me there was an outlet in the storage unit (he swore to me there was) , so i booked the unit. Only to then find out after speaking with the unit’s manager that there was not an outlet in the unit. Thank gosh the manager called.

Good website
Using the website was easy to navigate and set reservations for a storage. The discounts were amazing. The only issue I had was the storage facility employee was really rude and unwelcoming.

Wanted more money when it came time to pay.
I could not get the one I wanted for the price that they said I would pay. The reservation was for a 10X10…for $70… when it came time to pay they said it was $90! So then I called and a representative tried to help but showed the same thing. Then he didn’t know how to fix it, and suggested I just pay the $90 then they would figure it out later. That did not sit well with me at all. So then I hung up and called the actual storage place and she took care of it all and was able to get me a better deal.

The reservation process was easy
The reservation process was easy. The representative who I spoke with on the phone 7/2/26 was very informative and willing to assist me in whatever my goals were in renting a storage unit at the selected facility.

Nothing but unsolved problems
I was supposed to move in June 26. I receive an email that my unit is ready and I should call & set up an appointment for access. The next email, back to back is my rent would be increase the next month over $100. I attempted to call regarding this and was on the phone forever. I was instructed "upper management" will send me an email that I still have not received. Then I receive an email fir insurance coverage. I have to contact them again stating they had not provided or asked for my proof which I have. I sent it to them and they say it expired. On the coverage it expires 04/27. I still have not been refunded my $12.
