Do not work for this company. The management are cowardly bullies and tell lies about you if you stand up for your rights. Bullying, Discrimination, Intimidation are top of manager's and hr list of how to treat the staff. Pay is disgraceful, working conditions are worse. Avoid like the plague. Companies like this need to be boycotted and put out of business for the way they treat the staff. Do not under any circumstances work for this company. Their products aren't much better, cheap Chinese rip off's.
Got an account with Sparex.
They send me statements saying I haven't paid them! And try to charge me for items which I have never even received!
I can never get in touch when I try to alert them of their terrible accounting skills... WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!
We have had an account with Sparex for a long time. Since near the start of the pandemic (with no obvious work coming in due to temp. closure) we have not used it until recently.
We ordered a Radiator, which was over the £300 mark. Next day delivery etc etc... except, it didn't arrive next day, or the day after that, or the WEEK after that.
I contacted them regarding an update on the order to find that they had implemented a £50 limit on our account, and did not tell us, no email, no call, nothing. Not only that, but the website still let us order with credit no problem at all! The radiator had been sat in the warehouse, not even getting noticed until I had inquired about it.
After 3-4 attempts to get hold of someone over the phone and through live chat, (which they were very rude over) a week after the delivery due date, they managed to finally get someone from the warehouse to start the order for us and get it sent.
Two radiators arrived the next day... TWO. They billed us for both claiming "the first one got lost in the post" even though they both ended up here at the same time! The first one was apparently "lost", yet they still billed us for it!
Every person I spoke to on the phone sounded like I'd just told them their Nan had died, even when simply answering the phone! left in the live chat with unanswered questions, for over an hour in one case.
Unreal business behavior, poor management of time and a logistical nightmare.
Certainly not "our 1st choice" any more..
