For more than a month I have been trying to communicate with them. I want to cancel the contract. I sent them a lot of email and tried to contact them by phone, but this is very, very difficult. I waited for a long time, once 20 minutes and once 25 minutes
After long attempts, they replied to me and asked me to go to the dhl branch and ask the branch to return the parcel in order to cancel the contract, and this is what I did, but they sent me an email three days ago informing me that they will deduct 74.98 € from my account, and now I try to contact them to no avail.

Update 14.12.2021:
They replied to me on Facebook chat 4 days ago and told me that its not their fault because they are waiting for the provider to give them the reply . And that they will make sure i get the answer by maximum next Monday if not sooner . Now it's Tuesday and no one replied and no one will because they simple do not respect customers. I cannot even reach them to cancel my contract and buy a new phone . So you basically have to wait a couple of month to cancel your contract and buy the phone from some where else .
I would give it 0 stars if i could.
I made an order for a OnePlus Nord 2 more than 2 weeks ago and I received an automated reply to send my documents via email which i did and i still haven't gotten any reply. I tried to call them and was left on hold for 35 minutes before the line disconnected and i sent them 3 emails so far to no reply whatsoever . One can only assume that these positive feedback where fake.

Update 15/11:
The item was finally delivered.
Unfortunately customer service and support is slow and only in German, so I wouldn't suggest this shop to non German people especially if in a hurry.
They sell online stating they have items in stock and orders placed before 5pm will ship the next day. I got my card charged even though I still have no tracking number after two days, their help line is out of work all the time, I had to contact them on more than one whatsapp account and social media and they were also kind of annoyed and surprised that I was looking for info on my order status.

I had a seamless experience with Sparhandy to get my first mobile subscription and device in Germany. Even though I do not speak German at all, everything was so smooth. Only complain could be the response time or acknowledgements to the documents sent. The rest was super fast.

Most of reviews are bad , why have such high rating . Just manipulation.
