We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Spartan. After being a loyal customer for years and consistently paying our monthly bills on time, they failed to uphold their contract by keeping our website updated and secure. This negligence resulted in our site being infected with malware and ultimately lost—without a recoverable backup apparently.
Spartan explained that the issue occurred because our website was outdated, yet we were never informed of this risk and they clearly never performed any updates. When the problem arose, they offered no meaningful support or solutions. Instead, the only option presented was for us to pay additional fees for them to build another website.
To be fair, the initial build went smoothly, but their ongoing support has been virtually nonexistent. If you’re looking for reliable maintenance and assistance after launch, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
