I just placed the window frames 2 weeks ago in the tiny house I'm building, so no long term review, but the window frames look and work amazing. Order was easily placed and a lot of options were available.

Money got written off when transport started, (so a couple of weeks after placing the order).

Got a little bottle of paint to clean up any small imperfections that might have happened during transport. (Didn't need to use it)

I bought 2 windows from “sparkozijnen”, the configuration on the Website was very convienent.
I wasn’t really sure about the quality of the finish, but I took my chance.
The communication about the delivery time could be better, but the company already told me there was a misunderstanding between them and the transportation company.
When I saw the windows, I was positively surprised! The packaging was solid and decent, considering the price I paid. So this was good.
But also the Finishing of the wooden windows is really nice, I don’t habe any complaints about that. So, if the Communication on the delivery was a little better, I would’ve given 5 Stars.
I would recommend buying your Windows there.

Evrithing was perfect , the frame the glass , dilevary on time in perfect condition . I recomand this company . We orderd wood frames with tripel glass , after montaj the home it's like a new home , the temperature it's grate the noise less . So if you have douths don't 100% the best choise !

Wonderful windows, very well made of quality materials, beautifully finished. Very good service, friendly, very helpful. Quick delivery, expertly packed to ensure safe transport. Fully detailed drawings for each window make incorporating them into a design easy.

From Germany, good value for money, bought 8 windows and 2 front doors. Would definitely buy again.

The windows and doors are beyond expectations for the price paid! However communication regarding delivery was terrible, I only found out there was a delay when I called you. My delivery was delayed by a month due to summer factory shutdown! I would buy from Spar again, but put some float in the programme!
Communication is king!

Delivery was delayed due to summer holiday which was inconveneint and the payment process was rather confused but we are pleased with the quality of the window.

Everything went exactly as promised, down to the delivery week. Quality product.

The delivery was a disaster (twice).

After receiving email from Sparokna (in Polish) that somebody will contact me within 5-10 working days to make an appointment for the delivery, some 3-4 days later the driver called me to say he will deliver the package in 20 minutes. I was shocked to realize that the package contained heavy windows. I called the driver back and told him I cannot accept the delivery and then contacted the logistic company to fix the date. I was finally very much surprised to find out that only 2 windows were delivered. I was quite nervous but I recalled that two orders were placed so I calmed down.

On the same day I received an email that somebody will contact me in 5-10 days to fix the date of the second delivery. That confirmed that there will be another delivery of the heavy windows from the same producer. The very next day the driver called me on his way to my hometown to say he is going to pay me a visit within one hour.

I kindly told him to take the windows back. I called the logistic company and fixed the delivery for beginning of the following week.

I had to organize twice help from local workforce and pay them.

The logistic company told me they were sure I was the business owner and they did not need to make a call nor write an email about the date of the delivery. They say that they did not receive information that the delivery is to ordinary person living in a flat...

The delivery was very stressful and needs to be changed.

The window doors were made with low quality, damaged in transfer. I will not recommend these for anyone.

Quality of the frames and overall workmanship excellent. Delivery faultless...brought to my door despite my street being inaccessible to traffic. Delivered by forklift. Don't hesitate...GREAT VALUE! Order today!
