I booked a spa package in Wales. Per the email, I was supposed to contact the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel and left messages on their voicemail. Three times. I sent you three additional emails. No one has contacted me by email or phone. I am now requesting credit for services I never received.

From what you’ve described, it appears that the spa’s availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. While this is extremely rare, we completely appreciate how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been.

Avoid i booked a spa day they took my money then said they dont do massages on Sunday even though it was conformed for sunday.then they asking for extra payment for the massage if I would of paid the extra they would of said they dont do massage on Sundays then said they can give refund but take £25 piund cancellation fee
