Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of your course management. The program is conducted in a highly organized manner, particularly in terms of material preparation and the provision of recordings, which has been very beneficial for both participants and our team.

This includes punctual class management, timely and constructive feedback to participants, and the genuine care shown towards each individual’s development. It is evident that your instructors are attentive and committed to supporting students’ progress.

I started in B1+ level and I finished in C1 level. I improve a lot my English skills, specially my speaking and listening. Moreover, I knew good friends in the school than I will miss them.

I studied at Speak Up London and it was the best decision I've made. I didn’t just learn English, I made friends and had fun with social activities. The teachers, like Layla and Andrew, are really nice. The student services team was super friendly too. Big thanks to Lucas and Chris! 😊🎉

I studied at Speak Up London for 4 weeks and one of the best decision, everyone is so accommdating and helping. Layla is so sweet and I learn a lot from her. Veryyyyyy recommendable.❤️❤️❤️

Avoid at all costs. This company presents itself very differently from how it actually operates. I was charged nearly £3,000 for a course that I never attended, and no service was provided. When I requested a refund, they relied on small print in the contract to justify refusing it. Their practices appear to take advantage of international customers. Very disappointing experience — proceed with caution.

Everything with speak up very good I finish tomorrow but of course I will back the next year

The best school in London and the best experience of my life! The people in the staff, Lucas, Antonella, Musa, Dogan are very nice and friendly! I love the social program because I could meet a lot of people and make friends!

The School is very nice, everyday have new social programs and staff have the best especially Lucas is very friendly and always helps with everything.

It's a great school, very receptive staff, you feel at home. Nice teachers and great atmospheare.

I have purchased english lessons from Speak Up London on 10 March 2020. However the face-to-face class can't be offered due to COVID-19.

I have requested a refund from the school. However I have been informed that all requests will take 30 business days to be attended to due to the school closure

UPDATE: the school has been receptive to feedbacks and has refund my tuition fees.
