Nellie was the perfect sales lady, nothing was too hard she went over and above, price was perfect & good value for money, i purchased Mimco glasses to match my mimco handbag that I am very happy with.

Very happy with the eye test by the optometrist and the selection of my new glasses. Was told my new spectacles would take around two weeks to make. Three weeks later I was shopping at Seven Hills and as I had not been advised if they were ready, went in and enquired and was told " yes they were ready" What happened to an sms or a voice call to say ready to pick up???

Very helpful and patient staff. Took time to explain our options. Reasonably priced glasses. Will definately come back. Got a voucher for which a family member can use to reduce the price of their glasses. Its a win ❤️

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is never a time when I go for an eye-check that I feel dissatisfied with the service or with how I was treated or even with how my family were treated (on times that I go for family members check ups)
