Great experience working with Spec Collective!
I’ve worked with Spec Collective several times, both to purchase specialty sunglasses and to have them repaired. Each time, they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The customer service has been consistently excellent.

Buyer Beware
Purchased a pair of Matsuda frames. Received the frames without a certificate of authenticity. It was clear that they have sent these frames out a number of times based on the the address labels they covered up. I immediately called and they said they would send me one???!! Very suspicious. You do not sell Matsuda frames without the certificate of authenticity. Specs Collective would not reimburse me shipping for misrepresenting Matsuda. Will never recommend this company.

We are an authorized Matsuda retailer, which can be verified directly with Matsuda - North America. When you brought the missing certificate to our attention, we immediately offered to have Matsuda send it to you directly or include you on an email confirmation of our authorized retailer status. We also offered a full refund if you preferred to return the frames, which you chose to do and received promptly.
We use new packaging materials for every order. Any additional labels on the box would have been applied by the shipping carrier during transit, which is common practice when packages are routed or processed through their facilities.
We try our best to structure our business in a way that makes purchasing frames online easy, but also have to balance costs. While customers are responsible for return shipping, we offer free shipping on all orders to the U.S.
We stand behind every product we sell and work exclusively with authorized brands. We wish you the best in finding frames that work for you.
No delivery
I ordered frame on Nov 04 but no delivery by Nov 29,2025 without reasonable response.
It is the worst case.

Your order had to come from Canada to the U.S. and unfortunately got stuck in customs. A replacement was then shipped, but was lost in transit by the carrier. We take full responsibility for this situation and have processed a full refund for your order.

You probably won't get glasses
Took an order for frames they didn't even have, and then later cancelled it without notice or good explanation. These guys seem like shady reselling drop shippers that take an order and then hope to hell they find someone that can send the glasses... I would never shop here again, and would strongly reccomend that actually wants to recieve the product they ordered so the same.

Great service! Got my glasses quickly and in perfect condition. Only one thing - the courier dropped it off without asking for a signature - which could have presented some issues if I was not home as my neighborhood is not safe.
