terrible customer service, rude drivers. not helpful supporting service. You will find yourself wondering when your parcel will arrive. if you have a job and cant sit 5 days waiting for a parcel avoid this service.it seems they use google to translate from Italian to English. servizio di maleducati!!

I sent a 22kg parcel from Italy to Ireland, and everything went quite smoothly. I had some issue because I'd rather drop the parcel than waiting for a day at home, but the limit for the UPS point is 15kg. I called the support, and they promptly instructed me on how to drop at the UPS point regardless. It took around 10 days to receive the parcel in perfect conditions, cannot recommend it more!

Terrible service and awful customer service!!
for the 3rd time I was waiting for a delivery from Italy with 12 items.
only 10 arrived at destination and late. the first time the delivery never arrived and once called customer service the answer was that all of the content was broken in the process, nobody ever bothered to notify. It was a wine delivery with proper wine packaging, special wine from Italy. After the first complaint they offered to send a replacement and send a much lesser wine but at least a solution was offered.
the second delivery arrived with one bottle mixing from the package and this last one was missing 2 bottles, again without notification.
Called customer service, they were very rude and unhelpful. Was told the bottles were broken and replied that the are not responsible for notifying the customer if it happens nor are they responsible for safely deliver the goods.
Do not use their service!
