Long-term owner review – holding since 2024

I’ve owned my Speediance since 2024 and have used it consistently over time. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and still use it regularly, which says a lot for any home fitness equipment.

What I like most:
The compact, all-in-one design is a huge win. It replaces a lot of traditional gym equipment without taking up much space. The resistance feels smooth and controlled, and the guided workouts make it easy to stay consistent. Software updates over time have noticeably improved the experience, and the interface is generally intuitive once you get used to it.

For general strength training, functional workouts, and staying active at home, it does exactly what it promises. It’s especially good if you don’t want to deal with a crowded gym or multiple machines.

Things that could be better:
Like most smart fitness equipment, there have been occasional software glitches. Nothing deal-breaking, but it can be frustrating when it happens. The resistance limit may also be a downside for very advanced or heavy lifters. Customer service experiences seem to vary—mine have been acceptable, but response times could be faster.

Bottom line:
After owning it since 2024, I still feel it was a solid investment. It’s not perfect, but Speediance has shown ongoing improvement through updates, and the machine has held up well over time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a space-saving, smart home gym for consistent strength and fitness training.

I’m very happy with my Gym Monster 2 so far.

Delivery went smoothly and faster than expected: the accessories arrived after about three to four days, and the main unit followed via freight forwarding roughly ten days later.

Since then, I’ve been using it very frequently — around three times per week — and it has become a central part of my training routine.

My absolute highlight is the rowing function. It feels great and is easily my favorite feature of the whole system. Another big plus is the foldable design: being able to collapse the machine and roll it away afterwards is simply fantastic and makes it very practical for home use.

I also enjoy the guided workouts a lot — they’re well designed and motivating. That said, I’d love to see an even bigger variety of classes and programs in the future.

Overall, a very impressive and versatile piece of equipment that I can definitely recommend.

I have had my GM for little over 2 years now and my VeloNix for about a year. I love both units. I lift 2-3 days a week and hop on the bike 2 days. Its so nice being able to do this all from home. Their app and scheduling in the app helps me plan my workouts ahead of time and informs me when certain body parts are too fatigued to work.

I did the free trial of Wellness+ an add on option AI trainer and also enjoyed that. It helped give structure to my workout choices. I am holding off for now on purchasing the membership until the end of the year for financial reasons, but I felt it will also be well worth my money.

While I encountered challenges with the pre-shipment process and experienced delays in receiving one of my items, I must commend Andrew and his exceptional customer service. His assistance and dedication throughout the process were greatly appreciated, and it was evident that he had my best interests in mind. I believe there is room for improvement in the company's logistics department to enhance overall efficiency. Your support, however, was instrumental in resolving the issues I faced. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Amazing costumer service one of the most important thing i look into consideration before buying things

I bought the Speediance Gym Monster 2 Family Plus and we love it.

Quick to deliver, pre-installed (the aero row bench needs 20 minutes installation), small footprint even when is not folded.

Replacese every gym machine I used and is so convenient. No excuse to not row for 20 min in the morning or exercise a bit after work.

Keeps track of performance, guides and pushes you for more… what else do I need to improve my fitness?

This is a high quality gym , since ive had it training is now a fun thing to do and i saw a huge progress in my physique, customer care is also very fast and easy.

Before I even order my Speediance Gym Monster, I wrote to the support team asking questions and voicing any concerns with a more expensive product as I just wanted to be sure it was a safe call to invest that kind of money.
I cannot say it enough, I have never had a better experience with communication with a support member from any other company.
Andrew was my support rep, and I received all communication back within 24 to 48 hours back (pending on holiday/weekend) and not just communication, but before I even made the commitment to purchase, I was made to feel like I was already part of the Speediance family and that they truly cared about customer satisfaction.

The equipment is very well designed, it is sturdy and the workouts are great. I was skeptical to spend this kind of money on a home gym. But Speedience has exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with my purchase.

Worked out for the first time today with my new Gym Monster 2. I had a great experience being able to stay in my home and do everything I normally would be doing at the gym. Moving between exercises was a breeze. It was a very easy setup and I was able to jump right into my workout. Amazing how this machine allowed me to do everything that would normally require me to go to a gym for. Definitely a great purchase and I can't wait for my next workout.

I'm very happy with my Gym Monster 2 and my experience with Speediance. Because of my job, I don't have much time to work out at the gym. The Gym Monster 2 solved that problem! I can work out comfortably from home and do many exercises with a single device. Thanks also to Speediance's customer service team, who provided me with clear and helpful information during the purchase process.

Received the machine with the white glove delivery service. Just completed the strength assessment and the device feels very sturdy and good quality. I am happy that it does not need an expensive subscription to keep working.

For a company that I hadn't heard of and really wasn't so sure of when I purchased my GM2, they've really met my expectations! Sure there have been minor blips and hiccups along the way but support has always been able to help and this machine has helped me be consistent with my workouts and allowed me to start taking my life back!

Speediance NZ - Very poor customer support! They don’t reply to emails & texts. Will always say will call you back. No tracking, then gave us the wrong tracking number. So dodgy, feels like a scam already, not a good experience, stressful. You’re paying for an almost 6K$ machine and this is how their comms is, imagine if you need tech support or faulty parts in the future! That will take freakin ages! I’m so disappointed!

The set up is as easy as unfold and turn on. Super straight forward. Came with all the accessories needed. I would recommend registering with wellness+ to get the full workout AI. I am 5 weeks into my program and I feel stronger, more flexible due to my AI instructor working with me on stretches. My lower back pain has reduced. I give speediance BIG thumbs up so happy!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Speediance Gym Equipment Review – Professionally Approved

After receiving my Speediance gym equipment, I initially thought some parts were missing, but everything was actually included and very well organized. The packaging was solid, and the setup was straightforward. Everything felt well-built and thoughtfully designed.

So far, I absolutely love it. I’m hopeful this will continue to support my journey toward better health and wellness. They call me Mr. Glass because I’ve had my share of injuries over the years, which makes staying consistent in the gym a challenge. As both a firefighter/paramedic and an ER nurse, I’m very aware of how easily poor form or unsafe training can lead to injury. That’s where Speediance really stands out.

The spotter mode is a game-changer. It allows me to push myself safely, build strength, and train with confidence while minimizing injury risk.
