Well I was an early adopter on the Speediance Gym Monster. I have had my machine for close to two years and have been very pleased with my purchase. I considered the other options for an at home total body workout machine, namely Tonal and I am very happy with the decision I made. The after market customer service and community of users is very special and unique.

For 3 years I paid for a large 'state of the art' (retail store) gym membership which by the 3rd year I rarely used due to all of the inconveniences, interference & distractions involved with having to navigate other members' workout regimens & social interaction practices, so I was looking for a solution with modern cutting edge software & hardware technology, solid durable build quality with the requirement that it would fit conveniently unobtrusively in my limited apartment space.

I've found exactly what I was in search of with the Speediance Gym Monster. The machine is engineered nicely to be very sturdy, compact & portable while being still large enough to easily accommodate the very diverse & intense workout routine of a 'large-ish' sized grown man. In fact it fits so conveniently well in my limited space that I have also added the awesome Speediance Velonix road bike trainer right next to it.

In addition to my satisfaction with the Gym Monster & Velonix machines I must say that the Official Speediance FaceBook Online Community is one of the most user friendly, motivational & helpful real time resources I have ever engaged in. The customer advocates as well as most of the large user base are always very quick to offer insight and assistance with any issues that are encountered.

I always look forward to my workouts and online social engagement as a Speediance Gym Monster & Velonix user.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this company. They basically saved my life! Their Gym Monster provided ne the means to modify my habits and commit to a healthy lifestyle. It is the most versatile gym I’ve seen and I’ve researched them all! I highly recommend!

The Gym Monster 1 has been one of the best fitness investments I’ve made. It’s a great motivator, easy to use, and tracks all my stats automatically, which keeps me consistent.

It completely replaced my gym membership. I get full workouts at home in a sleek unit that takes up less than two square feet. It’s solidly built, the four training modes are better than free weights for building muscle, and the monthly challenges keep things fun.

I also love that there are no membership fees. Even if the internet goes down, I can train in Free Lift mode, and with premade programs plus the ability to create custom workouts, I always have options.

I highly recommend it for anyone serious about home fitness.

Whether it’s a quick workout needed or a longer session desired a Speediance workout has you covered. I didn’t expect the technology behind this unit and the app info provided. Your workouts are tracked for progress and keeps motivation and accountability on track. These workouts work best for me for the convenience from home and accessibility. Truly a quality product and worth the investment. There will never be clothes or dust on my unit.

Great machine and experience so far! They have a Facebook group where you can reach out to the community and customer service. I've had mine for 2 years and no complaints so far! Highly recommend this company and machine over the other competitors.

I've been using the Speediance Gym Monster for nearly two years now, and it's been absolutely fantastic. So far so good. The equipment is great! The 499 built in programs and countless training schedules make training easy. A few hiccups with shipping, however customer service was very responsive and communicated quickly.

This is an amazing piece of equipment! I have owned mine for a little over a year and have had no problems. The customer care team is amazing! They have done little giveaways (like new cables for father's day and surprising me with an actual medal for my achieving a virtual medal!), and have people on their Facebook page that are quick to answer questions! I love my Gym Monster 1!!!

I was completely scamed, Payed top price as a founder member, promised 100% membership free on the life of the machine and all updates. All I ended up with was I payed more for the machine, got half the equipment that’s is out of date now, waited 12months for delivery been blocked on facebook for my opinion and after sales what after sales. Rowing machine rollers broke and cables frayed and clunking… now I have to pay a membership…. So happy to support a company that dose everything to shaft you and pay people to block you.

I’ve been using the Speediance Gym Monster 2 every single day, and it’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made in my health. The prebuilt programs are a game changer... well thought out, easy to follow, and challenging enough to keep pushing me forward without feeling repetitive. It’s like having a personal trainer on demand, right in my own home. The machine feels solid and well-built, and the variety of exercises keeps things interesting. On top of that, their customer support has been fantastic, quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions or minor issues. I recommend it to anyone who wants a convenient, effective, and fun way to work out at home.

I placed an order, it was supposedly in stock, more than a week later I still had not even received a shipping confirmation email yet (when they claim 1-2 day processing).

Afterwards I received the shipping confirmation, but it's been 5 days now and the track and trace is still not showing up on DHL. I emailed them a few days ago, but no response.

Speediance really is a fantastic gym system. Prior I had your typical bulky machines: bench press, leg press, squat machine… it took up so much space! So I got rid of it and bought a Speediance in 2023.
The Speediance saves so much space and is incredibly versatile. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made.

Recently purchased the Gym Monster 1 and have not been disappointed at all yet! It has effectively replaced all my current home gym equipment and while there is a slight learning curve to understanding how the app works and how to get the weights to turn on and off, it becomes quick and easy to get up and going on your workouts.

I have not had to contact customer service yet for any issues but the Facebook groups I have found to be very useful and informative for all the questions I have had thus far. The company seems to be on the right track with its products at the very least. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends to get one if they're thinking of it.

Best home gym ive ever had👍 very good support. They help with every Problem. Its a so good experience to train like this at home and you know if something happens, there is somebody to help you.

Customer service is great. I had a wobbly bench on delivery and they replaced it no questions asked. They also have a FB group where employees are very active in troubleshooting and debugging.

They strike the perfect balance of innovative startup and reliable big company. Would purchase from them again.

I don't typically leave reviews but my experience with the product and especially the support team has been phenomenal. I had a live demo to ask all the questions i needed before choosing to buy. Once i bought the service team reached out to make sure I had all the details on shipping and again answer any questions. Whether through social media or email I have received reponses usually within minutes! I know this is a growing company (rightfully so) and not everyone may have the same great experience that I have. I would say no regrets and if you want a cutting edge home fitness product backed by a great team to help you from start to finish then Speediance is a great choice!

Speediance 2 is a high-quality product with many functions. The only thing that would be desirable is a connection for third-party scales from other companies. The customer service responds quickly, which I think is great.

Gym monster 2 has some major flaws and the customer service is awful. Bought the Gym monster 2 and it arrived 3 days ago, also bought the Wellness+ package. Speediance 2 won't let you connect any Bluetooth devices other than a HRM so you cannot connect your phone to stream music or podcasts. The music options it does have are, Speediance Music (which is awful) or Apple Music (but it is limited and you can't play your own playlists). Also if you choose Apple music you cannot control the volume and by default it's set so loud that you can't hear any of the coach instructions in your workout. Customer service well so far I have attempted to contact customers services three times on three different days and never got a response, I suspect they will respond on here but only because it's more public but they will just say contact them on Facebook (i'm not on Facebook) and I doubt they'll offer anything tangible. . The wellness+ package offers zero benefits as far as I have seen until now , there is no clear nutritional advice or anything you can't find on a million free.youtube videos that Wellness+ offers for over a £100 extra. The accessories are overpriced, essentially a £25 dip belt is flogged for £164 because it has a couple of loops attached. In summary is this worth the best part of 4 Grand. No

I strongly advise against buying the Speediance Gym Monster 2.

1. Login Issues After Update:
The machine is currently unusable due to a login bug introduced by Speediance’s own software update. It’s been stuck on the login page for days. I contacted support immediately, but still haven’t received any real help. I also found that others are experiencing the same issue, as mentioned on various Reddit threads.

2. Serious Safety Flaw:
While working out, one of the ropes detached from the steel ring and got sucked into the motor. This could have caused a serious injury. It’s unacceptable that a product marketed as a premium home gym has such a fundamental design flaw.

Until Speediance addresses these issues, this product is both unreliable and unsafe. Buyer beware.
