Speedywish 

On March 31, 2019 I order the ankle support from speedywish. According to an email I received from speedywish, it was shipped on April 10, 2019. I believe it arrived on April 12, 2019. I have used the ankle support several times probably totaling 14 nonconsecutive hours until May 9, 2019. On May 9, I contacted speedywish complaining about the deterioration of the ankle support. I included pictures. The response was timely, indicating a replacement would be provided. A follow up email from speedwish stated the 30 day warranty (which started on the order date) had expired. I could have a replacement if I was willing to pay the $8.99 shipping. I paid $17.99 for the original. I do not consider the replacement offer satisfactory.

Do not trust! Will operate under different company names but it is not a legit company!!!!

I wish i could give them no stars. I ordered from their baby swan site. 5 weeks later nothing arrived and no corespondence from them. Now the website is down and facebook page is gone. How they can live with themselves scamming families who are just trying to get ready for a nee baby is beyond me. These people are scum. Thankfully i paid via credit card so im currently in the process of claiming it back. Beware. Do not order!!

Please listen to bad reviews any good reviews are not from customers but the scammers do not use this company or baby swan they will take your money you will get nothing but a fake tracking number that does not exist ive made a claim with my bank to get my money back and reported to watch dog

Found to be under umbrella of Baby Swan. Complete con artists. Takes money but delivers no product. Fortunately was able to retrieve refund through our bank..
These companies have no morals or feelings. Hope they get their come upance.

Con artists . No item. Promised refund. Not received 2 weeks later. Ignoring emails . Prices to good to be true & nothing out of stock rings alarm bells now . I ordered from baby swan but speedywish took funds from account. Action fraud ( police) and bank informed for charge back method. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EITHER COMPANY .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! If i could give it 0 stars i would! This so called company is now calling it self baby swan. They are fraudsters, i have reported to trading standards and the police. So many people are buying from them and not recieving goods, They take your money and give you made up tracking numbers and invoices with a fraudulent warrenty sticker. (Confirned by royal mail and tommee tippee) They delete your comments off facebook and block you from making any other comments when u question where ur goods are, so potential victims can't suspect them. Thier email account that they use to contact victims is a made up gmail account. Ive tried also telling fb but with no success, so unfortunately people r still falling for it. All positive reviews are made by baby swan to try and look good.

Now changed the name to baby swan scamming new pearents out of money in what’s a stressful time trying to make sure you have everything your going to need

I also placed an order with this company got a fake tracking number that obviously did not work so like all the other people this company has stolen from how do we go about getting our money back if my order is not at my house within one more week I will be getting in contact with the trading standards

They have changed their website name to speedywishes.

Hoverboard never arrived. Was given a tracking number that was obviously made up as Royal Mail said it was never in their system. I emailed and messaged them a number of times but was ignored. The store has now disappeared off Facebook. If I could give it zero stars I would

Told had a problem with payment and would receive a refund.

Just a update still no hoverboard been 36 days now had to buy another hoverboard for my daughter as I couldn't have her get up to nothing Christmas day out of pocket and still no tracking number and no contact from them will update if it comes but will be getting bank involved to get my money back #Angry Mum.🤬😠

I ordered a lot I noticed if I hound them they don't respond. If u don't they respond said I'd get tracking after 1 just ordered around 24 of December to everyone that reciever did u just wait not hound them to much. Guy with rc was it excacly as they said any info will help I was told from them takes 20 plus days to arrive but if your paying low price worth it. To ones didn't recieve have you now thanks I'll update when my stuff arrives. 4 star now it definitely be 5 if I receive plus more businesses any info thanks

The ones giving the good reviews are obviously the scammers themselves as I have plenty of messages to prove this is not a company they just take your money and keep changing there website address. For the scammers giving 5 star reviews hope karma bites you on the bum one day. Unhappy kids on Xmas day because you scammed there parents and took there money and didn’t deliver just sent fake tracking details. I want give up and hope others want in stopping this company from ripping people off

Received my order today :D long wait but it arrived that’s what’s important. For anyone who has been waiting a while you just need to wait it out.

My tracking number didn’t work either and then after about 22 days I checked it again and it showed in transit and a few days later my order was here. Just had to wait it out. Don’t know why some people are so impatient but everyone is different.

I ordered an rc truck and received a tracking number that doesn't work have tried contacting them numerous times and they won't respond scammers take your money beware

Despite being promised a refund in 5-7 days, 7 days have now passed no refund!!!
Scammers will now have to claim a chargeback through bank and see if trading standards can shut them down
