Spencer Removals were amazing, they were professional and very patient even having to wait hours before the keys were released for my new property which they had to come back the next day to unload. The service they provide is second to none, so thank you so much.

A huge thank you to Paul, Steve & Rich who moved my mum's belongings from Anglesey to her new property in Flintshire.

It's been a complicated move, as mum is downsizing so not everything from the property was going with her.

When Paul visited to give us a quote, he took all my comments of 'staying - going' in his stride - I'm sure we're not the first family to do this, but it was reassuring for me that he didn't seem phased by anything!

On the day of the move, we did another walk around to confirm again what was going with mum. All 3 guys were really friendly, worked quickly and efficiently and made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been. And the price was very competitive.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Spencer's Removals if you're looking for a removals company on Anglesey / in North Wales.

Would highly recommend! They were on time, very quick, professional and friendly. They packed my items carefully into the van in under 2 hours; it was even quicker the other end! They offered to help with extra boxes that I had and even taking large items onto the driveway for me to be collected by the council. Very helpful and would definitely use them again, thank you!

We could not have been more delighted by the excellent service provided by Paul Spencer and his team. Despite our having to change the dates more than once, Paul and his team were friendly, helpful and accomplished the move smoothly, without any damage and reassembled furniture at our new home. The company vastly underestimated the volume of work despite having visited the property. They failed to pack and move all our effects. Their treatment of fragile items was particularly unprofessional: many were thrown into a box without any protective wrapping. Of course some items arrived chipped and indeed broken. It is insulting that they display pictures of the move on their website.

Fast response to queries, good value, reliable and professional nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and a local company. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
