They always gave me helpful feedback, gently reminding me if we had to do something and when matters got critical, giving very prompt answers, on one occasion very late at night. High end buyers beware!
Do not use Spence Willard unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket (we spent thousands on inspections, solicitor, accountant, filing a Limited Company - after being told in writing that our offer was accepted). We were assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion FOR FOUR MONTHS, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer.
Sellers –DO NOT list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property, as we won't risk further out of pocket expenditures, time wasting, and heartache. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

Spence Willard could not have been more helpful over my purchase. Calm and extremely efficient in all areas, Philip and his team were in contact throughout the process, liaising with solicitors, vendors and myself frequently. In a normally stressful experience, this counted for a lot.
