Not as durable as it says
Had a slim iPhone case for 8 months, Claimed to be very durable plastic. The corner came off, under no pressure and the phone wasn’t dropped, and was never removed from the case. Contacted customer services and was told I must have damaged it myself and was only offered a small discount on a new one. Pretty unimpressed. Won’t be buying another.

The case is amazing for my s20 plus adds a lot of needed grip and this case is super protective but i wish the kickstand was bit higher quality it feels a bit flimsy

I had to contact customer service but there were an issue with their inbox, however I managed to contact them through their chat and the customer service were fast and efficient. Thank you Alexis. I would definitely recommend them for the quality of their product and the customer service. Delivery was also super fast.

Appalling customer service!!!!! I have been trying to return a pink case that was advertised as being silver. So far I have been waiting 9 days and counting to be advised of a returns address!! Non existent after sales service! Still waiting for an answer even though I was contacted this morning by spigen about this review! Pathetic company!! 10 days now without a return address! A very simple solution would be to just provide an address on their website like they do on their U.S website, but hey why do things the easy way when you can do them the hard way eh
