Accidentally ordered the wrong phone…
Accidentally ordered the wrong phone case. As i was told i would receive an e.mail when my order had been dispatched i attempted to rectify the order to change it to the correct case. After some e.mails too and fro i got told my original order had been dispatched (i did not receive the e.mail telling me this) and that i would have to order the correct item and send the wrong one back for a refund. I asked if i could be reimbursed the return postage as i never received the e.mail they said i would get so i thought i had time to intercept dispatch; i have still not received a direct reply. As of yet 16/4/20 I have not received either phone case the originalbeing ordered on the 8/4/20. My daughter recommended the site to me and the only reason i went on to order the correct one is because they seem to be good quality cases. I cannot imagine how long it will take to process a refund, yes i can appreciate the postal/delivery services are affected at the moment due to Covid 19 but i certainly would not use this company again.

Delivery service poor
Delivery service has been poor. Been waiting 2 weeks for a product which should have been next day. I understand that there has been delay issues with Covid 19, however other retailers have been using couriers other than royal mail which are a lot quicker and delivering within a week. Wouldn't process refund either and the customer service wasn't great as they couldn't give me advice on when it will be delivered either.
Pretty poor service and still waiting on a case.

Great designs
Very quick delivery and reasonable price for the quality of the phone cover. Not a lover of covers as they all add bulk but the protection given from the cover has been superb. This is my second cover from Spigen, bought due to its design and look together with the protective factor. This time trying a clear case due to the paint coming off the first which was the only minus as it was slimmer and matched the phones colour. Nicely made with engraved logo, hopefully it wont start to yellow.

Great case, but difficult to Return for refund
Great case shame it's for the old version of Samsung Tab A, frustrating thing is there's no invoice in the parcel or returns slip and no mention anywhere on the website of a Return address. Tried emailing but no reply.
How do I Return for a refund or do you do a 2019 TAB A Case?

Cover incompatible with full coverage screen protectors
I discovered through much expense and trial and error that the Spigen cover I purchased is not suitable for use with most if not all full coverage screen protectors. If like me you like to use a full coverage screen protector then Spigen covers may not be suitable for you. With hindsight it might be worth confirming your particular model with Spigen before purchasing. Spigen's UK distributor confirmed they're aware of this problem. Shame it couldn't have been mentioned in the product description.

Nice case on the s20 ultra
Nice case on the s20 ultra, but the camera cut out is terrible!!! Way too big and leaves a massive gap around the camera hump for dust and dirt to get trapped in, will not be using the case due to this issue. If they fixed it I would 100% use and recommend this case
