Such a sad experience trying to be verified.....
How do I contact Spin city - please don't say "email customer care". I have almost 30 emails to "customer care" with replies from many different "customer care managers", people such as:
Ewelina
Lily
Oliver
Magnus
LInda
All "Managers of the game club", none that can actually help me.
I have approx 30 emails telling me what to upload, and I have uploaded every document showing my address, known to man. Only to be told after 30 emails that "we don't accept PO Boxes". Well guess what, when I signed up you accepted the address, so you should accept it now.
however I had my banking statment changed to reflect a civic address, which I also had changed on my profile.
I have uploaded my i.D almost 30 times.
I have been trying since Dec 15th to be verified, today is Feb 10th - this is insane....everything matches, address, ID, banking, everything . I have over $5000 in winnings that wont' be paid because they refuse to verify.
Please don't tell me to try chat - I have , they give me the same robotic information. I am not emailing customer care anymore unless a new email adddress and an actual human person will talk to me.
What I will do i screen shot every email and go to every review webiste and post this review until someone finally helps me.
Please note also - these are true winnings gained from money deposited from my bank account.

I used to be a fan. I have $6000 in winnings in my account . I have been trying to verify my account since December of 2025. Almost 2 months. They have every document I could possibly submit , I have uploaded my ID literally 30 times.
I have sent many many emails and each one is answered by a different customer care manager , even if I reply to the email, a different manager replies .
They keep quoting the guidelines and I’m pretty sure all answers are from bots. It’s so frustrating. I have done everything the have asked and they still will not verify me.
Play… but as soon as you win over $1000 the real games begin.
How do I escalate? I have been in touch with support team multiple times via email and still no luck. ??

Made withdrawal 31 Jan 26. Account then apparently had to be verified again. Portal rejected proof of e-wallet to which various previous withdrawals was paid. I was told not to worry about this and that I just need to wait ( around 48 hours) for financial team to review documents. It been 4 days not and still no resolve. Each query on this is greeted with the same generic answer to just keep on waiting. Really frustrated as deposits to account is accepted instantly but when it comes to withdrawals significant delays should just be accepted. Losing an active customer......

I deposited 30 like it said to receive 100 fs and 200% on top.
I wish I k ew where the fs went as that is the only reason I made the deposit and now want e refund as that just wrecked the whole experience not getting my fs to play first
