I made a deposit and it was taken from my bank account then for them to say that it was rejected on their side. They then told me to wait 5 days to see if the payment would be reversed, I made the deposit through payid and my bank confirmed that the payment was successful. I relayed this to them and they said to just wait - so I waited then that 5 days for them to tell me to wait another 24hrs, once again I waited. I then messaged them again today to try and get it sorted the agent then said they would pass the message on ( He didn’t ). I messaged about 2 hours later for an update and this agent then said that the last agent didn’t even put it through so nothing was being done just wasted my time even more. I just got a email from the finance department stating that the payment was successful ( does this mean they had my money this whole time ) honestly wasted my time. Oh and now I can’t just withdraw the money and move on I have to play it/ bet it away. ABSOLUTELY SHIT SHOW OF A SITE

After putting in thousands of dollars I received a bonus. I finally got up a few hundred dollars and they shut down my account because I violated there terms and conditions for betting $10 (I didn’t win on this bet by the way), unlike other casinos when playing with a bonus, spinago let me place the bet ($10) only to shut down my account in the middle of it and later tell me it was because I violated the terms. I will never play with spinago again. Hellspin was a much better online casino.
