Evri wasting peoples time!
Ordered a food storage container from Spirit of Nature. Expected the parcel from Evri on a Sunday evening with a one hour delivery window.
Received an email from them stating that it had been delivered. No call was made at my door. No trace was found of the parcel & the proof of delivery was a greyed out & blurry image of nothing remotely discernible emailed to me. I suspect the driver just finished early & marked mine, & other deliveries, as dropped off. The same image has been used many times before my numerous Evri drivers.
I properly kicked off with Evri & the supplying company & guess what my parcel was delivered the next day by a very sheepish looking driver - I suspected him of posting the fake delivery email the day before! Evri changed their name from Hermes as they were so little regarded - what will be their next name?! A leopard doesn't change its spots!!
I love my new lunchbox but I won’t be using Spirit of Nature to order from again as they use Evri as their delivery company!
