I had not heard of Splendia. When I was researching hotels for a stay in London a Splendia advertisement flashed on the screen. The rate was lower than other sites advertised. I was a bit wary but booked. I was rewarded with a wonderful stay in a gorgeous hotel and an upgrade to a beautiful room at the front of the hotel overlooking the classy entrance.Thank you Splendia

It does not matter what your budget is, all the hotels are great. I find that the description as really spot on. There are never any surprise and when on one occasion their was a problem ( the fault of the hotel) Splendia were super helpful and got us moved right away

Splendia's selection of hotels has never disappointed me, they always have a selection of the best boutique and luxury hotels available at the destinations we are going to. I have compared their prices many times to the other big booking websites and they're always offering the lowest price possible. I've never encountered any problems with my bookings (and we book with Splendia all the time). I also love their benefit program, that way you can make your bookings even cheaper if you book with Splendia more often. I could not recommend Splendia more, great website, great service!

We actually found the hotel on a rival company's website and stumbled across Splendia when we were comparing the cost across several companies. We chose to use Splendia over a rival company this year as the customer service was better and as we were spending a fair amount of money, got cash credit towards our next holiday. The Prices were £1 more a night with Splendia than the rival company but Splendia went the extra mile to contact the hotels regarding taxis, made sure my wife's gluten free diet was catered for and the representative we were dealing with knew the area and recommended to consider car hire and the things to see and do. We also got upgraded to a Splendia gold account. For all the customer care and the cash credit off our next holiday we went with Splendia.

They have all the good hotel for good prices. just excellent

The website is very user friendly. The selection of hotels are top quality so you know your guaranteed a very nice hotel when you book with Splendia. The prices are decent. However the hotel confirmation is vague and would be better with a proper hotel confirmation sent to the users email. Overall very pleased with Splendia.

We loved the Riad we stayed in during our visit to Morocco. It wasn't listed by the main travel websites but it was on splendia. Superb pick.

Splendia's selection of hotels eliminates the less attractive choices, which makes it easier to find a decent (and often modern, contemporary) hotel. Other organisations offer endless rows of hotels and B&B's of very varying quality. I find this very discouraging at times and it is time-consuming. Splendia gives you essential information and the pictures you need in a compact form. There's a short charactarisation of the type of hotel with each listing, the rating other guests have given it, a map, possibility of reading reviews. We've stayed in about seven Splendia Hotels so far and are very satisfied. Their Club Member benefits add to this feeling.
