Return of tried on product not accepted
I ordered two pairs of cycling shoes to find my right size.when returning one pair the shop has refused to take them back due to them not being in new condition. I only tried them on inside to find my size. They would look similar if you would have a physical shop and let someone try on your product.
It can not be expected that this is not allowed in online e-tail, how are you supposed to find you right size?
Currently the return center has the product and I have no redound. Bad customer service with currently not getting a reply at all.
I would never ever recommend anybody to shop at this place!

Fast delivery, great price and service
Very fast delivery. Only I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered BodyGlide Foot Glide. I received "BodyGlide For Her". Whether both products have the same function I don't know. But obviously I did not order BodyGlide for her.
You don't have in stock what your customer ordered? COntact the customer and explain. This has happened to me several times via email, phone and even SMS and it was totally fine, I was happy to accept whatever they had to offer me. But just sending something else is NOT ok.
UPDATE - only a few minutes after my review, SportActives Customer service contacted me, and today only one day later I have received exactly what I had originally ordered.
I REALLY appreciate good customer service. Everybody makes mistakes - what makes a difference is HOW the problem is handled and solved. And this means so much :)
Thank you SportActives - looking forward to shopping with you again soon.
