I bought a treadmill from this company which suddenly stopped working after 6 months . After reading the reviews regarding their customer service I wasn't confident about getting the problem sorted easily .
I have to say I couldn't have been more wrong ! . I initially phoned at 4.45 on a weekday and was answered within 2 rings by a real person . I explained the problem and he suggested I sent a video showing the issue via their website contact page . I did this that evening and received a reply by 11 the next morning ! . This suggested a few basic checks for loose connections etc . I did this and reported there was nothing obvious and they replied immediately with a few other suggestions and photos explaining what to check . I checked for loose connections in the leg wires and to the PCB and everything seemed ok - I explained it seemed that it was the motor that was not working. On the basis of this they sent a replacement motor which arrived by courier after 2-3 days. I replaced the old motor with the new one which was fairly straightforward albeit a bit fiddly and the treadmill started up straight away .
I cannot fault the service I received and the whole problem was sorted without the hassle of having to send the treadmill back for repair .
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I had to do all the diagnostic work and replacement of the motor myself which involved possessing appropriate tools and a certain degree of confidence and dexterity which some customers may to have or be comfortable with but on the whole I cannot fault the service I received

The box was delivered damaged with some plastic guarding broken off the back end of it. The instructions are in Italian with no other translation, I am unable to download the relevant app that they suggest and it’s only foldable flat if you undo screws and bolts each time. Your supposed to lubricate the belt but with no English instructions of how to do so or where. Also can’t change the program mode in the machine itself and obviously because it’s damaged I have no way of returning it. Avoid at all costs

Trampoline arrived with missing parts after lots of emails and phone calls I was assured the missing parts had been sent this was not correct 14 days passed I demanded a refund and for the trampoline to be collected, I took more than 7 days for it then to be collected and I’m still awaiting a full refund of £249.99 I would never order again from here

Received a trampoline with parts missing a couple of months ago. I cannot phone as they aren't accepting calls (how convenient) and they are ignoring my emails. If no response by the end of the week I will be going to trading standards as I've currently wasted £260 on something my children cannot use and I cannot afford to replace as I am a student for the NHS. Absolutely disgusting company, AVOID!!

Great trampoline, had some issues with the bounce pad but customer services were brilliant and it turns out we put some poles in wrong!! Oops

Received replacement motor and PCB for treadmill, under warranty

Treadmill arrived damaged, I asked for a refund at least on my delivery charge of £30!! (Suppose to be free) and I’m still waiting on a response to this. But they did send me the piece that was broken to replace myself! Very poor customer service.

Really pleased so far - little bit tricky to fit T connectors to the legs as really tight but overall got to be satisfied
Delivery speedy and trampoline good value

the only good aspect of this was the speed of the initial delivery.

The product itself (spin bike) i didn't have a chance to use immediately. When I did it broke in very quickly, the product initially seemed OK quality, though it is clear it's low quality.

from there having it was a problem having it collected, then a refund was refused due to being over 30 days old - it had only been used a handful of times.

its now been 'in repair' for several weeks and they still refuse a refund, it is now supposedly on its way back to me, but they drip feed information through email and you'll get 1 reply a day at best.....I can only assume because they're innundated with customers wanted resolutions to their products.

if this is not resolved soon, I will be starting a section 73 with my credit card company.

the whole process has been handled poorly from start to finish and realistically I can't see that they will be running as a company for very long.

I was looking forward a trampoline that I also can enjoy alongside my family and thought to try the 12ft trampoline since I’m a big guy, it is a great choice, solid and holds my weight. We all love it. We still await the availability of the ladder to aid climbing onto it but all in all it’s an amazing buy.

The bottom safety net I ordered extra was delivered to me with the wrong size and upon contacting the customer service team the net was with me the next day with lightening-fast delivery. Awesome experience all round and I definitely recommend sportsandleisureuk.com 100%.

Excellent trampoline, lots more safety features (straps, tie bungees and thicker protection Matt around the sides ) than earlier model that we had , fantastic bounce and fits the area we were looking to use , only slight grumble would be installation instructions which were quite vague

Quick delivery. Packaging was terrible box had been squashed and re taped so many times. It was a gift which then made it impossible to wrap. Fittings are to small for a standard trampoline net pole so my husband had to go out and purchase larger ones. The design makes it impossible to put on the four screws on the back board as the pole runs almost directly over them. We managed to get two of the screws on which as our son was so excited about using it we have made do. All in all thoroughly disappointed with the product but we have made do. Definitely not worth the money.

Fantastic piece of kit

Bought mainly to upgrade my old bench so I had the leg extension. Unfortunately the size of it means it’s near on impossible to use and I am only 5”10 tall. Height and length of bar for legs needs drastically changing (or be adjustable) in order for me to be able to use it effectively.

Following the company response I would reply as follows.
plus point; equipment arrived as promised.
negative points;
equipment weighed 85kg and only one man to deliver. had i not been at home i do not know how it would have been delivered.
no paperwork with the delivery so unaware of any guarantees or how to deal with fault issues.
equipment was faulty and had to find a number to call from Google.
the number has no options and goes straight into holding muzak with no message.
i rang over many days to inform them over the issue with not even the courtesy of a message to say the issue was being dealt with.
eventually i spoke to a lady who said she would speak to the technical department. 2 days later i received an image of the possible issue which proved to be correct, however i had to access the motor and realign the defective component. i am reasonably technical so this was not an issue.
the equipment is fine now and i am more than satisfied with it, but really is this good customer service and back up??
Bought a high end treadmill last week which when delivered proved to be faulty.
The company appears to be entirely sales driven and has no system in place to dealing with faulty equipment. The customer service number has no options and goes straight into hold mode and does not appear to be manned.
Email exchanges do not achieve any sort of resolution and the fault placed on the customer.
In short a bad experience and would recommend to avoid this company.

I would imagine that many of you reading these reviews on here will be put off buying and immediately look elsewhere.
I would have too, but I ordered the item before I checked the reviews and then panic set in.
Thankfully the most recent reviews settled me down a bit and stopped me from trying to cancel the order.
The service I received was excellent and what I have come to expect from internet shopping.
I ordered the item which was a kids Mercedes ride on car and a while after the order went through I received confirmation.
A day later I received the confirmation of shipping which included a tracking number and the item arrived that very same day.
The car is amazing and exactly as described and I am very happy.

ordered my tredmill on sunday , never recieved confirmation email , phoned customer service on tuesday morning concerned about my delivery , spoke to a lovely lady who said it was out for delivery on wednesday , low and behold , delivered tuesday evening , amazing , up and running already , great service all round , highly recommend this company , anyone who complained and wrote a bad review , shame on you , thanks again

I ordered a treadmill but after reading reviews I was worried that it may not turn up or have parts missing. I immediately called customer service where I was put through within 2 minutes of waiting. Again reading your reviews some customers have mentioned the phone lines are not picked up or emails ignored but this was not the case. The operator confirmed payment had been received and goods will be delivered on Monday. Treadmill arrived on time and all parts are with me and working. Very pleased with my Lontek x510 treadmill. Excellent quality and excellent customer service. Thank you.
