Avoid sport depot at all cost!
I made an online purchase and then I cancelled it the same day, as I read some bad reviews of the product.
The transaction has gone thru and their representative told me it would be refunded within two weeks.
I never received any written confirmation for the cancelled order. It's been more than two weeks and I still haven't received my money back. I called sport depot several times. Every time they were going to check and call me back and they never did. I had to call my bank and initiate an investigation.

Ordered with click & collect option in Varna, Bulgaria, a week later my order is still not dispatched. Still waiting for a update on my order. Literally every other online store offers click & collect option with up to 3 days delivery. Never ordering online from this store again.
Better spend more money at other store and spare time.

Great selection and terribly slow delivery... Orders from Amazon arrive at my door in 5 days, but sportdepot.bg in Sofia needs at least 10. I will never order from this store again. Shameful.

Great shop, awful apps and navigation in web, getting worse every day.

Bad support and very slow. It takes more than a week!!! Even if something is listed online in the store, that doesn't mean they really have it. Then they sent a code to apologize, which is Iower than the promotion and cannot be combined. I will NEVER buy there again online.

Bad customer experience I wanted to return a product, after 10 minutes of walking out of store. They wouldn’t accept it.

Most of the products listed on their site as available in the physical stores are actually not.
