Trap Rules x5 Max winnings

So far had no issues but I got stolen 800e from my active balance, for "Bonus manipulation" I have a dispute and sent in an explanation as to why they messed up, as I have read the rules and did not break any and they reversed even the initial deposits wrong so totally incompetent people working on checking these "Big wins" account situations.

Will update the review, but I definitely don't recommend Sportempire or Shark77 limited casinos for any offers no matter the outcome.

Hello again guys, see what the Customer Support Team told me about the withdrawl. they say that there is a lot of traffic lately due to lockdown. Can anyone help me and tell me what to do. I am afraid that i will never receive my money. please anyone help with advice.

We have a lot of traffic lately due to lockdown, and our staff is trying their best, but the amount of withdrawals is enormous, and there must be a slight delay. Delays can occur due to the many requests my colleagues have to review and the amount paid out. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process, the reminder has already been sent to the finance department. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Worse sports betting site out there. I have a fully verified account but they have withheld my withdrawal for 11 days now and still counting! The live chat closses the chat after every minute. They have clearly breached the 48-hour deposit stated on their terms and conditions. I am currently in talks to file a lawsuit against the site.

Withdrawal is canceled several times, they basically try to deny your withdrawal long enough for you to loose your money again. I am still not even sure if the withdrawal will be successful.. Support is not answering questions properly. Lawsuit is started.

Well my experience with them started very well, they verified my documents in less than 24hours.
Deposit 500 euros (without bonus) and after 1-2 days I had more than 1k in my account. I withdrew 500 and then my drama began.

After 15 days they still keep my money. When I asked them what happens, they send an automatic answer that my account is under verification from security and because of many issues it can take several days.

Well obviously after 15 days without pay me, they look like scammers to me and I have more than 1k in my account.
I am really worried that I will never receive my money. I will come back if I have any updates.
