Service paid not applied but finally refund
09/01/2023 : I paid 9€ to receive the package at home, unfortunately, it never arived at home but at the closest pickup point. I had none call and none explanation about it. I stayed at home all day and the deliver never ring the bell or call me. It was not DPD but Chronopost.
10/01/2023 : It was difficult to have contact with Sportimex. Once I get, they were very professional. They refund me !

Nous pouvons en effet constater que la première tentative de livraison a échoué. Cela est généralement dû au fait que le destinataire n'est pas à la maison. Afin de continuer à livrer rapidement, DPD livre le colis au point d'enlèvement le plus proche.
Heureusement, DPD vous a gentiment indiqué à quel point de retrait il a été livré.
Par bonne volonté, nous rembourserons les frais de transport, car après tout, nous aimons rendre chaque consommateur heureux. Profitez de votre achat.
