I wish I had read these before I opened an account, dont even open an account. 3 bets, 1 winner, broke even and now they want every statement in the world for me to withdraw my money. They have limited my account to 60p stakes to boot.

Opened an account, I was fully verified through agecheck.com and told I could deposit/withdraw freely. Deposited £200 and won £1100 over 4 hours of play. Withdrew the money and sent DL and utility bill. I was then told that I had previously had an excluded gala bingo account and my withdrawal was not valid, what is that about!?

I staked £200 fairly, no bonus, just risk of my own funds, if I lost this then nothing would of ever been said.

The only fair thing to do would be pay me what is rightfully mine, you verified my account and sent it to me in writing, then after withdrawal process spotted a 'problem'.

I have just paid the £80 to take this to small claims court and if I don't receive payment within 1-3 working days I will take it to the newspaper and social media.

Would rate 0 if you could created the account Saturday let me place bets play slots etc Sunday morning I placed all my bets for the Sunday football matches then received a message to send proof of identity which I sent over 30 minutes after requested then told it takes 72 hours to review this couldn’t access my account to check the bets or anything live chat does answer only way to contact them is through twitter which is around a 2 hour wait for a response , it’s now Tuesday still can’t access the account and just saw they have now self excluded my account until 2027 I have free bets and money on the account they are not willing to speak to me about with no reason why this has been done please please stay away so many better bookies out there for example bet365 Ladbrokes William hill don’t make the same mistake as me !!!!!

Opened account won football bet they closed account soon as I tried to withdraw. Should of read reviews first seems to be there normal thing to do . Scam site avoid at all costs . It's crazy they actually are still getting away with basically stealing people's money and nothing getting done about it .

Terrible company. Under the LC Brand and like the others they have closed my account without giving a reason. but what’s worse if they are withholding my money and despite sending the ID they requested are now saying I withdrew more than I deposited overall. That’s meant to be the point of placing bets! I am disgusted and this should not be allowed. I will be going with this all the way to the Gambling Commission if I don’t get my money back. Avoid this company like the plague and do not trust your money in an account with them as would not want anyone else to go through this.

Worst company ever!!! Very difficult to take your winnings if you actually win, but chances are 0.1 %on this site.

Let me deposit. Then said my account is closed? Not good. Carnt withdraw either.

Simple: avoid it at all cost.

Followed the process to verify my account with all the documentation needed, but my withdrawal requests are not being processed. Not only that are not giving a proper explanation, the support does not exist:
- email them 4 days and 1 day ago, with no reply at all
- chat support gives contradictory inform, and no respect to timelines they mentioned. E.g. They said I would receive a follow up by email in 24 hours, and nothing; an agent tell me the withdrawals were processed, and then proceeds to tell me right after they are not.

I am in contact with the gambling commission from my country. So please, read the reviews and avoid them like plague.

Worst gambling website, I had a treble and they all won, the last race they reverse the placing as an amendment result and they didn't pay me. The only one who doesn't pay first past the post. I contact the costumer service to find out why everyone else pays first past but not them and they were so unprofessional and useless. Absolutely gutted! Avoid them at all costs!

Appalling customer service. Let me register, deposit and bet then when I woke it it said account suspended. Asked for address proof which I sent three times. Now the account is locked and won’t let me log in. I have over £300 sat there and nobody will let me withdraw. It’s a scam.

This betting service is a scam. Never again am I using this stupid service again. The helpline is even worse. Incompetent consultants that don’t even know the rules of their on betting service.

I opened an account this morning with £50.
I tried placing my 1st bet with a £10 accumulator, but it wouldn't accept my bet. Tried another bet, same result.
After 15 minutes trying to access Live Chat, explained what had happened and asked for my account to be closed.
Advisor said she'd look into it.
She has closed my account, but has not completed the task of giving me my £50 back.
It has been passed to "the Risk Team"
I have no faith that SportingBet will get back to me based on my short experience with them.
I don't see why I'm a risk to have my own money back.
Avoid SportingBet as ghetve just wasted 45 minutes of my life and so far keeping my deposit of £50.
Don't be lured in by them.
Now they're asking for photo ID.

Avoid ANY Casino owned by the Ladbrokes & Coral Group, Trust me I've tried them all and I can 💯% Confirm that every Spin and Bonus payout is Scripted. Absolutely atrocious - currently been on the phone and chat for over 1 hour waiting for incompetent people to redeem the rewards that I have wagered against - like talking to a brick wall. What is the point of sending promotions if you don't honour them and your staff can't see visibility of even when it's been sent via email and via my sportingbet message account?

I have invested about £120 in getting these £30 rewards! SCAM - do not trust anything that comes from these guys!

I actually think they're good, bit of a slow site sometimes and their layout could be better, but you get withdrawals fast and stress-free unlike other bookies. Approve.

Terrible site, offer was deposit £20 get 20 free spins that they mailed me directly on the site, so I deposited and didn’t get my spins, contacted them and they said the offer doesn’t exist on there system, I emailed customer services who then said I received the offer and stated a time and date prior to me even making a qualifying deposit with them. They don’t understand English.
Then got sent a customer review to fill in.. and one of the questions was was there a language barrier between you and the customer services, so they are fully aware the people dealing with our issues don’t even understand what we are saying because they just make answers up on the spot. Avoid at all costs. No winnings to be had here.
